Generally excellent service! I called Joes HV & AC Express Repair Co. and explained to them the issue with my furnace unit that needed to be repaired. I was later on notified of time and date for the service and they came at the agreed time and installed my garage door with much professionalism. I’m very pleased with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Thoroughly pleased with Joes HV & AC Express Repair! The price was incredible! The sales person actually listened to me, what my needs were and what I wanted! The installers were obviously not new. My parents always used their services and when I got married and purchased a home my very first business to consider for my personal service was Joes . This is a company you can rely on to be there for you any and every time you call. Their staff is always efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone.

DO NOT use Joe's HV and AC repair. I scheduled a visit to have my AC repaired and my furnace maintained. They sent someone out who was two hours late. The repairman took 15 minutes to repair my AC unit and he said he did not have time to look at my furnace because he was late for another appointment. When I called Joe's, I spoke to Phil, the manger, he would not listen to me and told me I need to pay for another repair person to come out even though they were supposed to complete the work during the first visit. When I tried to explain my situation, he was very impolite, did not listen to me and hung up the phone on me. DO NOT use Joe's.

This company rescheduled on us four times before eventually cancelling. It was incredibly unprofessional and derailed our schedules with work meetings and childcare. It’s the worst the experience I’ve had with an hvac company. I DO NOT recommend.

I highly recommend these guys. Punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. If I ever have another plumbing problem in the future, I will definitely call them again.
