They gave me a great price on the part that was broken, which made it affordable to replace everything at once! The new system is working well so far I'm very happy with how quiet it is!

Jeff was totally open and took the time to educate me about my system. Coming from an old home with radiators and window a/c units, I've never before had a forced air system and now I feel comfortable in my understanding of how it works and how to utilize it in a more efficient manner.

Worst company in Colorado. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER DID TH E JOB. I became a member so I could have the services they offer for a better value thinking they'd do the right thing.They charged me a lot of money to try to fix my boiler and it still doesn't work properly. I tried to contact them, and for more than 4 hours and NOT one of their managers would have the professionalism to give me a call and try to explain to me what happened. No refund for my membership was offered. They took my money and never did the job

Joes was very responsive, always called back, provided all answers to my questions quickly and honestly. The dustless AC system when in as planned, absolutely no surprises. The install crew were efficient and cleaned up after all the work was done. The system recommended by Joes exceeded expectations. We are very happy with the system and the whole process. In fact, Joes was recommended by our neighbor who had the same work done, they too had the same experience as we did.

This was our first time using Joes HV & AC Express repair. The receptionist who answered was friendly and able to get someone out to our home that same day thankfully! Our technician was friendly and professional. He took his time to check on our complaint and was able to get our system working again quickly. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent customer service. The electricians used a mask and gloves to avoid leaving finger prints on my fixtures. They are clean and take care with your home and fixtures. I highly recommend Joes HV & AC Express Repair.
