    Do not use this company! I have never taken the time to write a bad review but this company is unethical for several reasons. One, their trip fee just to diagnose the problem is twice the amount of other places (they are simply using subcontractors and taking a profit to set the work up. ). Two, they did not get the work they planned to do approved by us before doing it. My husband had to call them several times with no answer until we received an insane bill. Third they charged 225$ for ten minutes of work. They claim they have to charge hourly but this is what our lawyer charges!!! Insane! Go somewhere else... I wish we had!

    Joes HV & AC Express Repair answered the phone the first time I called, was able to send a professional out the same day & repair it super quick. This was amazing as the HVAC was in a unit that we rent out and we wanted this experience to be a seamless and smooth as possible for our tenant. Thank you!     We were very happy with their work and they were very accommodating. They arrived on time, installations of ductless split condenser and three units went smoothly, and they were extremely neat and cleaned up everything! Even the office staff is so helpful. We would definitely recommend them.

    It is beyond me how these guys stay in business. It's one of the worst customer experiences I ever had. Our boilers went out which also cut the hot water heater out. I went with them because on Tuesday they said they could be there Wednesday. They said a technician would check-in. Nobody checked in and nobody came. I called, they said a mistake was made, and I re-booked. They said they'd come out on Friday between 10am and 1pm. I called to confirm this on Thursday. I got an email confirming it. At noon on Friday nobody was here so I called to check-in. They said that they are running a big behind but would call me and be there. Nobody showed and nobody came. I called them at 3pm asking for a manager. At 4pm a customer service person called to let me know that they weren't coming. They wouldn't know until Sunday when they could reschedule. If they had been honest about their backlog and scheduling I could have booked with another company.

    These guys were remarkable. Easy to get a hold of, home office was super helpful, and my tech, Alex, was terrific. We had kind of a weird situation with moving a junction box, and he made sure everything was totally up to code, and certainly went the extra mile. I'll definitely be using them in the future!!

    Absolute thieves. The technician showed up a day and half outside the window to let charge me a hundred bucks to let me know that they don't work on the kind of unit I told them I had over the phone. I guess they didn't believe me when I said I had a Carrier Mini Split unit?
