Incompetence! I had called last week to have a repair person look at our broken AC unit. We had a time slot booked for the next day. The repair person never showed or called. I had to change around my work schedule for this missed appointment. So I gave them a second chance (big mistake!)...we rebooked on the phone and had a time slot today between 2-4pm for them to show up (or at least call). I had to change my work schedule around again to make this happen.They never showed up and never called even! Totally unprofessional multiple times on multiple levels. Would not recommend.

Joes HV & AC Express Repair techs did a complete replacement of an old HVAC system. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. cleanup was neat at the end. I would recommend them for future projects.

My furnace had failed and I contacted Joes HV & AC Express Repair company office on Friday evening and the call was answered by Kelly. She was extremely friendly. Temperature was 27 degrees outside but 61 degrees in my house and I needed urgent assistance. She took my information and told me technician will be sent the following day. And on Saturday morning Mike the tech was at my place he took care of the problem, and was very polite and professional. I will do business again. Thanks!
