I’ll give them 2 stars because they were at least friendly. They quoted me $88 sewer line cleaning over the phone and when the technician got here he told me that he would need to pull the toilet to do the job. Completely understandable because there aren’t any clean outs. But he told me the new price would be $490. He said it’s a lot of work to pull the toilet. I told him no thank you and have a great day.

I called $99 rooter about the exact same issue and they were out there in less than an hour. $49 charge to pull the toilet. $148 total.

Today I saved $342 by using $99 rooter over ARS who advertises the lower price online. Don’t be fooled.

The installation was fast and efficient. The technician Branden did a fantastic job, leaving the house as clean as when he got here I would highly recommend him to any of my friends who needed a water heater.

The technicians were awesome. They worked with us for all our questions, and was very respectful.

Lousy customer service, rescheduled multiple times on same day of visit isince November with same excuse. Tech was out for 20 minutes and did basic service check at furnace. Not worth waiting all day for visit when we were allegedly #2 on visit list per customer service.

The installer knocked down our shelve he put it back up but it's not in a stud. He didn't put the washer hose back in the drain and we went to wash towels from cleaning up the shelve mess and there was water everywhere due to not putting the hose back.

The technician, Aaron was professional, kind and patient. He took the time to evaluate the water line and took care to keep everything clean and neat. I would recommend.

Booked annual furnace service. They called the day of the appointment to reschedule. The second time they didn't even call, I called them and they told me, "oh, yeah we needed to cancel". Some emergency came up... again.
Wish I could rate thier service, but decided to cancel the appointments for our two properties all together. I need people who communicate and show up.

This would have been a 5 star rating with exception to dispatch not coordinating with the techs well enough. I had an 8-12 window on a Saturday, nobody showed or called. I called and it was promised that I would be first on the schedule Sunday morning. James was the best! He was on time and handled exactly what needed to be accomplishd, and I am satisfied. It's ok if things are not perfect, but communication is key. I'm gratefuI to have this gentleman work on my system.

They called a couple times to let me know when the person was expected to arrive and then again when it got closer to the time.
Their resource was super friendly, provided great information about our systems and completed the work with no mess.
Our pets enjoyed meeting their tech.
