ARS was able to schedule within 24 hours as advertised and confident that they could diagnose our quirky heating system issues. The tech was indeed experienced and knowledgeable, professional and on time, and found the root of the problem quickly. He was able to explain the repair well and get us started on the work that needs to be done to get our home warm again. Cost is pretty typical but expertise is above and beyond.

I had put in my info via Homeadvisor for what I thought was a plumbing issue and this was one of the companies listed. I didn't even go through with the complete steps of reaching out to anyone or having any specific company reach out to me but somehow they got my info. I've told them multiple times now that I do not need service but these people are psychotic... multiple times a day, every day, since May 16 they have called me - Stephanie, Desiree, and Cindy. Clearly they don't communicate with each other or don't care that I've asked to stop being contacted, because the calls keep coming. I've blocked their number, so now I just get constant voicemail notifications. But it's better than answering and telling them again and again that I do not need service, do not contact me...

We met a nice man at a big box hardware store who scheduled a service appointment with ARS for our home HVAC system. They missed their 4-hour service window. So, we rescheduled the appointment for two days later and were promised the first appointment of the morning. They missed that 2-hour window as well and never called to tell us they were going to be late.

Since I bought this furnace and ac from this company, I’ve had nothing but issues. Every time someone comes out here, I get told a different solution to the same problem. For example, when the furnace was installed, I was told to place the filter in on an angle. Now they’re saying it should have been flush and that’s why I am having issues. I had someone come out this winter because I couldn’t get my home above 62 degrees. I was told it was because the installers had only set the furnace up as a single cycle instead of 2 cycle so that should fix it. Never said anything about the filter position. Now when my AC was freezing up, I was told it was because a bunch of dog hair had gotten into the coils because the filter wasn’t placed correctly and that is the reason my heat wasn’t working this winter. I spent $13,000 on my furnace and AC with them and it’s only 3 years old and yesterday I had to pay $600 to fix it again? I find it to be really convenient that my 3 year labor warranty just expired this may and now I’m given a $600 bill. I wouldn’t have bought my furnace and AC with this company had I known this is how they operate. I would not recommend this company.

ARS did a fantastic job at my house! They were courteous and kept my house clean during the install. They took our ancient heating/AC and duct work and put in a beautiful new system and gave us an easy to understand Nest thermostat. Paul did a great job explaining our furnace and gave a nice overview on using the Nest thermostat. Definitely recommend ARS to anyone needing a new system without the wait! These guys really took great care of us!

I recently reached out via Home Depot for a quote to install a split A/C unit. After barraging me with a ridiculous number of calls to schedule an appointment (approximately 10 calls between 6am and noon) I finally set one up. I received an appointment confirmation text with a two hour window. The day of my appointment arrives, the two hour window comes and goes and… nothing. An hour after my appointment window had passed, I call to inform the company of the no-show. They try to reach the tech for an update but can’t get ahold of him. I politely thanked them for wasting my Friday afternoon and said I was no longer interested in their services. An hour later I received a call from a confused sales rep offering to give me a quote for purchasing my unit. I (equally confused at this point) informed them again of the no-show, at which point the salesperson admitted they “have no idea what’s going on” and ended the call. An hour later ANOTHER call from a customer service rep asking if my plumbing issue had been resolved (keep in mind, my call was in regards to an HVAC quote). “No sir… it has not been resolved…”
I cannot speak to the quality of work from this company but can say without a doubt that there are serious internal communication issues and I would discourage anyone from putting their trust in a project with these folks. Save yourself the time and headache.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Thomas C, he had a really good attitude, didn't care that I asked him a bunch of questions because I'm just a curious person, and he was professional.
We had a badly clogged sewer pipe at a tenant property. After spending about 3 hours trying to fix it and snake machine it myself, I called in the reinforcements at ARS and I'm so grateful and thankful they sent Thomas.
On a Saturday afternoon, they got Thomas to me within 2 hours of calling, wow. That's impressive, really. Thanks ARS and Thomas for going above and beyond.

Dallas serviced our tankless hot water heater. He was professional, engaging and on time. We have used ARS at several properties and have found this to be true each time. Pricing seems to be on par with other companies for large and small jobs and we like the flexibility of the hours they are available.

This is by far the worst company I have ever used. Swamp cooler installed incorrectly 4 days ago. Numerous calls to ARS, they either did show up or changed times with no warning. Have spent the last week waiting for them to show up and fix. Finally spoke to a manager and installer showed up within 30 minutes. This company was recommended by Home Depot, I will never use this company again, and definitely do not recommend them.

Service was not as described by in-store rep @ Home Depot. I was told the appointment would cover cleaning and basic furnace system maintenance. No maintenance was performed. Instead, I was charged $49 for a visual inspection and no service other than replacing the filter, which I could have done myself. The only feedback from the tech was that I have an old system that could go at any time.
The tech was an hour late for the appointment with no phone call. Then, he sat in his truck for a half hour after the appointment before leaving. I won't be using this company in the future.
