I hired this company to come relight my pilot light. They got it lit and left. Two days later, I smell gas coming from the heater. THEY BROKE the gas valve used to light the pilot! And when I called about it, they tried to deny that it's their problem!! They left me in a gas filled home for two days and now they're leaving me without gas or heat for two more days because they can't make a phone call to the technician that is qualified to work on the issue!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I would not recommend ARS. Here’s my experience:
1. ARS installed a new HVAC and AC in my home, and coordinated with me to schedule inspection
2. We failed inspection
3. I emailed the ARS HVAC install coordinator alerting her we failed inspection and we needed the issue fixed. She did not reply, even after several follow ups. I proceeded to call the ARS line directly, and worked with them to schedule someone to come out to address the issue.
4. On the day ARS was scheduled to come to our home, no one arrived. This happened two more times. So in total, there were 3 occurrences where ARS was scheduled to come to my home (when I stayed home from work) and no one showed up.
5. On the 4th attempt ARS finally showed up and we’re completely ill prepared, they did not read the inspection report to understand why I failed, and did not have the appropriate tools on hand to address the issue. After another technician showed up, they said the inspector failed to see something and that I should pass inspection now.
6. I reached back out to ARS to schedule inspection, and once again 4 of my emails were ignored. I tried to call the HVAC coordinators number as well, but no one ever answered.
7. I called ARS, told them I wanted to speak to a manager. They said he was gone for the day and they would have him call me back first thing tomorrow. He did not call, instead the individual who ignored over 6 of my emails (4 for the schedule, 2 from the initial failing inspection) finally messaged me back. I’m still waiting to speak to a manager about my experience, and to have inspection rescheduled.
Working with ARS has been extremely frustrating and difficult, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the installation of my new heater and AC system. Both installers Rich and Dimitri from ARS went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They were both very professional and Rich took the time to explain to me how my new system worked. I was very happy with their work and the installation they performed. I do hope ARS will recognize your hard work. They both truly went above and beyond.

Dallas was really a great guy! Knew exactly how to fix the water valve & fixed it in no time. Since Devon was sick, Dallas did the job and I have no complaints! Hopefully I wont have to call again, but if I do I know my problem will be solved quickly. Thanks so much!!

I have used ARS a few times for annual HVAC maintenance and been happy. When my furnace stopped blowing warm air during an arctic blast of sun-zero temps, I called them and scheduled a repair visit with less than 24 hr wait. The tech, Mike. was professional and efficient. Had the system up and running quickly and saved me some money by billing it as maintenance (problem for within the terms) very happy to be warming up!

I heard a very loud humming noise yesterday morning, which is unusual and I called to schedule someone to come out and take a look. They were able to get me in the next day. Unfortunately, we could not re-create the sound, so will have to wait for it to happen again. Technician Herb was on time, very courteous and nice.

A guy name Mike came out and he was very polite. He turned on my motor and told me I need a new one soon. He didn't try to rip me off and he gave me some air filters. What a great experience after I've been dealing with alot all month..

We got a new furance with them. Everything was good for 4 days, then heater not working. Called to came out
The salesperson said if we had a
problem with anything we would get 500.00 if they didn't come out within 24hrs and now no one came out. Still no problem solved, we are with spaced heaters in the house which we had to deal with in the beginning. Now we have a 70000.00 loan with no heat. Do not trust this company.

I bought a hot water heater and a furnace from them. For some reason they Hvac installers installed the tankless water heater and did a awful job. Now where the hot water is located I have a consistent leak and cannot get the right team out to fix this problem. 14,000 is not cheap!!!! This has been a huge waste of time and energy for me to track down the correct manager to come and fix this.
When the purchase was first installed they left vents going out side very unfinished and ugly. It took months of phone calls and wrong teams coming out to finally get someone out to fix it. What a headache. I would call and ask for a plumbing team to come fix the PLUMBING related appliance and when they get here they would always say “we did not install this” “hvac needs to come do this since we did not install”.
So tired of this. Keep looking and don’t waste your time with this convoluted company.
Oh also!! They managed to lose track of my purchase because they “changed systems” I had to give them the loan number to even locate my $14,000 purchase. Absurd.

It took over 10 weeks. I was without heat and hot water for two weeks. The job was completely unnecessary. They replaced the heater to find it didn’t solve the problem. They still have not completed the job. The missed two scheduled appointments. Awful
