I had my A/C unit and brand new Furnace installed on April 8th, 2021. The installation team was amazing, they were fast and professional. April wasn’t too hot so the A/C seemed to be working, but once we started May I noticed it wasn’t cooling on hotter days and my thermostat kept giving me a delayed message and shutting off. I had to sit through the first heat wave with my two young children and my grandmother who just had knee surgery, in a 82 degree home with my A/C running. When I called they didn’t have any openings for another week, when the tech finally did come on 6/25/2021 he seemed irritated, he replaced the furnace filter, added refrigerant, and watered down my outside unit. As soon as outside temperatures hit 85+ I noticed the A/C still isn’t cooling so I called called again. Once again they sent a tech out, he suggested my return vents needed to be moved to the top of my wall to help pull out the hot air. Again I waited until another tech could come and move the vents. Now I have vents on the bottom of my wall as well as the top of the wall, I have these ugly covers that I have to rotate summer and winter. Summer I cover the bottom vents and winter I cover the top vents, I’ve never heard of such a thing but I guess I didn’t care too much as long as it worked. I could feel the cold air circulating a little better but still our temperature was only going down to 77-82 degrees on hot days and I still keep getting the delayed message then my A/C turns off. I called again, I’m waiting on a new tech to come out today to take another look, let’s see what else they say. It’s honestly been a nightmare for me! I’m paying $12,662.00 for an A/C that hasn’t worked ALL summer. My husband and I are so upset, I’m hoping they fix it today but unfortunately we’ve pretty much lost all hope in having our A/C working.

Response: I already spoke to Elva, she doesn’t know what’s wrong with the A/C either. She said Friday that she would check with someone else about the Delay message I am receiving, I spoke to her this morning and she’s sending out another tech but still doesn’t know what the delay message means.

My husband noticed water condensing around the new furnace, so we called to have them come out. They were out the next day, as promised, and on time. They found a few of the grommets needed to be tightened. The repair/maintenance was done in just a few minutes. We are so happy with ARS!

Mike was awesome!! Got to the point, didnt offer a 23k heater just a 7k heater, I knew the heater need replaced (30 yrs) and he was honest about size and pricing. Will use this company again.

Colin from ARS plumbing service very experienced, professional at communicating and thorough in service of my AC tune-up, humidifier cleaning (+ filter service). He picked up on problems with fan blade in AC unit being backwards and outside protector plate misaligned plus humidifier pipe going to wrong direction to facilitate proper drainage.

Once the tech was able to check my furnace, Daran was super professional. With the freezing temps. It was hard to get serviced. I get it, there are some emergencies that take priority. Luckily it got done.
