Tom Longstreath was great. Polite, efficient, thank full that I had put something down in the crawl space to keep him out of the mud. And they pulled him from somewhere to come make an emergency repair replacement of a broken pressure regulator.

2nd time I called, changed appointment after I waited 2 1/2 hours to the next week, today no show, called put me on hold hung up, no follow up, will not be a repeat customer. James is gone. Calvin you know my # call me if you want to talk!!!!!! James was polite and knowledgeable .

Darrin was great. He has always helped me the best that he can. I have asked every time I have called and asked for someone that knows electric furnace's. I always get told they will send someone out that knows how to fix an electric furnace. I have yet to find someone at ARS that does. Don Berry was my go to guy for this. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Again, Darrin is great and able to fix to the best of his ability but doesn't know electric furnace's. ARS was the company that put my furnace in. You would think they would know how to fix something they themselves put in. I will be looking for a different company.

I signed up for a furnace cleaning at Home Depot as they had a special. They called and let me know they had to reschedule, which was fine. They didn’t show for the next appointment. They called a few days later asking if I wanted to reschedule and I told them that they had missed that appointment, apparently it had never been put into the system. They asked for another chance so I rescheduled AGAIN and they didn’t show to that one either! I can’t believe how unprofessional they are, two no calls no shows is unacceptable.

I've used ARS for years, however, the past few services I've had with them has been a challenge of them keeping appointments. My time is just as valuable as theirs and although I empathize with their challenges to keep appointments, it has been frustrating when I got cancelled more than several times for one appointment. I hope they improve their services.

Wish I could leave less than one star. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I purchased my furnace and AC from them. I am also a home service plan member. Customer service means NOTHING to them. Keeping you as a customer means NOTHING to them. They came to do the annual cleaning and tune up on my furnace and told me I needed a new UV bulb for my furnace. They quoted me $490 and said that was including my 25% off for being a member. I pulled up the bulb on Amazon, using the exact make and model as the one they wanted to sell me. It was $117. I asked the tech if it was the same one and he confirmed. He couldn't explain why he was charging me four times more. I called to cancel my membership and they continued to charge me for the next two months. When I called again to request to be reimbursed, Veronica, the supervisor said she couldn't reimburse me because she found where I owed $18 from 7 years ago. This had never been mentioned to me or billed to me before. TOTAL SCAM. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

James was an excellent technician. Had two previous techs that came out that were not able to figure out the problem with the furnace. James found out the issue right away and was very informative on how to fix the problem. I was very satisfied with the service and price. Very happy to see furnace running again. Highly recommend!
