Aaron found a leak in the water line above my bathroom. He repaired it quickly and made sure I was happy with the repair. He also contacted a water restoration business as there was a lot of water damage. The company he contacted came right away, determined the damage, and helped file an insurance claim. I could not be happier with the service! Aaron was great to work with!

Needed all three old leakey knob valves replaced with quality, brass insides, quarter-turn modern valves. Called on a Friday evening and Tom arrived on time on Saturday morning. Tom did a fast, professional job in about 90 minutes and finished on the first try with zero leaks.
We are well pleased.

We had our sump pump fail during a big storm. Even though they were backed up since others were having the same issue, they were able to get to us within 12 hours. Once they arrived the installation was quick. Aaron answered all our questions and was super helpful.

i contacted ARS about a month ago to have them give me a quote about our AC, and they canceled an hour before the appt. my husband didn't realize it was the same company when reaching out to different places for a quote. they were supposed to be here today 11a-1p, and when my husband called at 1p, they simply said they weren't coming. ridiculous. won't call again!

They replaced my AC/HVAC system very quickly while maintaining high quality. Everything was explained to me very well on all the work done and where to go from here on activating my warranty, etc.

From our sales person to the installation team - all professionals! Neat, courteous- left the mechanical room better than they found it. They thoroughly explained how to use the new thermostat, CO detectors, furnace, & AC. #1 on our go-to list for any repairs that they can do.

I have a call into Lowe’s. I booked this company through Lowe’s. I took a half a day off of work to be here.
I was told there was no charge. They tried to charge me $99 to come out then they said they would waive the fee. Then they went on to say it would be approximately $800 to put Freon in the AC unit.

Service: Furnace & Air Conditioning Tune-Up
Although my technician, Michael Carroll, was very cordial and professional - Don’t waste your money! This is in no way a tune-up as they don’t do a darn thing, they don’t do anything, but poke around! It’s an inspection, not a tune-up. They call it a tune-up but as an inspection they list everything that is in good, fair, or poor condition. That’s it! They don’t repair anything, add refrigerant, they don’t do a darn thing. So, needless to say, I feel totally misled by their use of the term “tune-up.” This is 100% a total bait and switch.

I booked and confirmed a 9-11 time window for a water heater replacement today. The initial scheduler refused to provide a ballpark for the cost of the job, but I was directed to them from Lowe’s so I trusted it would be fair. At 10:48 am after nearly two hours of waiting (with no update from them) I called for an updated eta. I was then told the actual time window was 10-2, even though I’d been given different info. I again followed up on a ballpark price, and was finally given info ($1600 plus an additional $1000 if I needed code updates). So $2600 for a job in which I had already purchased the unit, so effectively, they would have charged me $1300 an hour for a non complex job. Having wasted now nearly 5 hours on these guys, I’d recommended highly that you do not book with them as they don’t respect your time, and any organization that is intentionally opaque about pricing obviously is not being above board and fair. Predatory and unprofessional, take your business elsewhere.

He brought out a little toy that went down a couple feet. I've never seen a professional with Is unprofessional tools. I would put a picture but this site does not allow you to. And they charge you the professional rate of a plumber.
