    Chris came in to help look at a commercial HVAC unit that was not turning on. Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get everything running. He was very thorough in documenting what he found and what the resolution would be along with providing pictures and quickly getting everything taken care of. Great first impression and excited to use them for future maintenance and general HVAC issues that we see in the future... Thanks Chris!!!

    Derek came out to install thermostats and explained the type of system, went through the different thermostats and was very helpful. Professional and friendly all the way around. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

    Water heater estimate, service person refused to work on it. Only suggested a replacement costing over $2100 instead of repair with no reasoning other than uncomfortable servicing with broken wire and missing site glass. Gave no other diagnostic information and let the tenant forge my name on paperwork. I don’t recommend them unless you want to pay overpriced replacement costs. Unprofessional.

    I have several Rental properties that have not been kept up as they should have been, one of my tenants went to turn on the air-conditioning and it was completely unresponsive I called Redline, Derek was out the next day and got the unit working after cleaning it out for several hours.

    I will be using Redline for all of my Residential HVAC needs moving forward

    Tech was prompt, assessed the furnace unit for a good period of time and was professional. Assessment was that I need a new furnace. This is where things took a turn. The person who submitted a proposal was prompt but then ghosted me as soon as I asked for any discount programs (as two of the four quotes were $10k plus) carrier units 100k BTUs. It was the coldest day of the year and they left us hanging. Blessing in disguise as we found another vendor to supply a reasonable comp which was a Trane unit.
