    Derek McKnight came out to my business today to look at our air conditioning and was on time and friendly. Had I been the one paying he would have gone out to get the materials he needed to fix the problem then and there. Since my landlord is the one footing the bill, he said he’d do it himself. So, in order to not leave me in a 90 degree office until the landlord decides to come fix the issue, Derek fashioned a makeshift repair with supplies we had lying around. He left about 15 mins ago and the temperature in here has already dropped 12 degrees. Thank you so much, Derek!

    Redline recently installed an on demand water heater and a new furnace at our home. Everything about the experience was positive from start to finish. Derek performed the installation and kept us informed throughout the process. We are very pleased with Redline and would highly recommend them.

    Angelo is an amazing technician. However, the company has missed 2 appointments and has been unresponsive when it comes to asking questions about the invoice I received. Nothing complicated I just want the 4 ACs in my bid explained to me. I left a voicemail on the number it says on the invoice to call with any questions as well as talking to Alisha over the phone even the following day after calling to complain it still was evident it wasn’t a priority. I was told the boss would call me but this never happened. This morning I brought up my issue to Alisha and about two minutes later I got a call from someone’s cell phone saying why haven’t I contacted this number. I responded to the invoices number where it said to call with any questions as well as call the company directly and spoke to someone.

    I’d imagine some things happened and I’m in a unique situation as a client where things have been fumbled multiple times. But when you say someone’s going to call or show up and your not true to your word your not respecting your customers.

    Angelo being such an amazing technician is why this isn’t 1 star. If you do go with redline and get Angelo you should be in good hands.

    I received a text and an email that my service man Derek was on his way - he ran furnace and checked issues needed a new switch and he had one with him so replaced. Derek wore a mask was polite and pleasant and efficient - lots of winter coming am glad to have the furnace repaired the day I called because of a problem.

    Derek from Redline came out to give us a quote on a high velocity ac system. He was very professional and did a great job of explaining what the set up would look like and how everything would work. The reason I am leaving a 1 star review is because they charged me a $50 service fee, which no other companies charged. Our quote to do a high velocity system was $35,000, which is absolutely ridiculous. Everything I have read/researched online suggests these systems should cost 10-15k. I guess they need to make 20k off of us. We will continue with window units.

    My experience with Redline and Derek was very pleasant. Derek was kind, respectful and professional! The cost was as expected and now my AC is running properly. I will definitely use Redline for my future A/C needs.

    We've been dealing with Redline with our new build home for months, over various issues as Redline is the contractor for the builder of our home. In these interactions, our issues were not resolved, but the technicians were professional, until today.

    Today, Derek came to our home for the first time. Did not resolve the issue, told me I was a liar, refused to address me directly (I’m a woman) and instead only spoke to my husband, and walked out of the house. He said I was a liar when I pointed out that one of our registers doesn't work with AC ( a fact that is well documented because Redline came in the summer for that very issue, but failed to resolve it-- they suggested covering the vent so I don't notice it anymore)

    Overall, the 3 Redline technicians I've dealt with over multiple interactions with were incompetent; and Derek in particular was very disrespectful!

    Derek was very helpful in diagnosing the issue with our electrostatic air cleaner. He helped us figure out the most cost-effective solution to resolve the issue.
    We've used Redline Heating and Cooling in the past and will continue to use them and recommend them.

    Service Tech did a great job, and got it knocked it out quickly. He also took the time to explain the issues he noticed and a better way to run our ac system going forward to avoid potentially having our leaking issue again in the future! Will use redline again if needed!
