Kevin and David came and put a new furnace and AC in our house. They were very professional and knowledgeable, we will defiantly use them again for any hvac needs we have in the future.

Serviceman missed 4 hour window by a half hour. He was upset that we were not able to talk with him when he arrived because we were about to leave for another appointment. He thought we should have sent him a text. Maybe he should have sent a text that he would be late and to check if that would be okay. A bit rude.
