Redline was very responsive and prompt in scheduling and Derek was awesome. Huge attention to detail and was able to answer all my questions in detail. He also pointed out some things that I was unaware of that needed repaired but definitely didn’t try to “up sell” anything. Would highly recommend Derek and Redline to anyone.

Redline H&C turned out to be a great referral from a friend of mine. Our technician, Derek, was professional, knowledgeable, and had great personal skills. Derek had great recommendations for maintaining our system, without upselling. He also had an apprentice tagging along, which was great to see a business investing their time & effort to promote trades. Will setup recurring HVAC maintenance with Redline and refer to anyone that asks.

My furnace went out and was able to book an appointment the next day. Technician was running late because of a flat tire but kept me informed of his arrival. He was professional and explained the work being done. Did a quick and thorough job.

Angelo was on time and very professional and got my furnace up and running! Kandice was also super helpful in getting Angelo out here quickly! Both are super kind and helpful will be using them again!

My heater has been dysfunctional for months. I have tried multiple HVAC companies and would either never receive a call back or a no-show during my timed visit.

Danny came to my house exactly at the start of my time slot and within 5 minutes had figured out the issue with my Rheem heater and another 15 minutes had it fixed! He gave me other things that could be done to help with some of the instillation problems, but wasn't pushy in his sales and explained every aspect of what was going wrong and how it could be fixed.

I even asked to see if he could check out my house fan (which wasn't working) and he happily did so, no questions asked, was able to diagnose that very quickly and gave me suggestions on how to easily fix it! Could not suggest Redline and their team more. I am extremely extremely happy with their work and now I don't have to freeze every day while working from home!

Cory B was awesome!! He was able to fit us in a day early and was so personable and fixed the issue throughly. He explained the problem and double checked unit to ensure it was working properly. All Redline technicians have been awesome and Cory was the cherry on top!

Derek provided great customer service. Diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the appropriate component and told me when it would arrive. Set the time to install the part and arrived on schedule to do the installation. Will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to others.

Derek was extremely kind, competent and thorough. We are in the process of purchasing an older building and it has a mix of working and abandoned systems. Derek was able to get right to the heart of the issues. We will definitely use Redline again.
