I called these guys last week in the interest of supporting local business, and I was absolutely blown away at the customer service. I needed my heater repaired as it was acting up, and since it is getting cold in Sacramento I needed it fixed ASAP. The agent on the phone was able to get a tech out same day. Within two hours the technician was examining my heater and was able to fix the issue. Since then, I have had no issues and am more than satisfied with the work provided. I will be calling these guys in the future for any potential repairs.

Guys that came were courteous and respectful. Explained what they did and if problems continues what it could be with my wine fridge. Also let me know if the problem persists that it may not be cost effective to repair. I appreciated them letting me know. I would use them again.

My A/C went out on a Saturday and by the Friday following everything was fixed by Prime Genius. I am a tenant and the only delay was getting approval from the owner; I am sure that if it weren't for the owner's delays, the HVAC would have been repaired on Monday. Obaid and Masood were excellent, on time, and very responsive and communicative. They treated us with respect and followed Covid-19 guidance. We were very happy that Prime Genius was the assigned vendor for our A/C issue, which took place in late August on a very hot week when inside temperatures were steady in the nineties.

Prime Genius has been a wonderful company to work with. They were the ONLY contractors that were able to identify our heater problem, after 4 other contractors were unable to repair or find the problem. Excellent customer service. Very pleasant to work with. Updated us throughout the process. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

While it was not for HVAC service, I recently was stranded in a parking lot with my car disabled. Masood pulled over, offered to help, and had the tools available to patch things up quickly. He was incredibly kind, helpful and professional, and I'm grateful for his help.

Diagnosed and Sauna repair on circuit board burn out.
