Masood was quite genuine and professional and explained the theory behind AC working and gave technical data right in front. In our case some minor work was required and he explained it in simple terms.

This is the second time they've come to "fix" my fridge for the same problem. The repair guy said he did the same thing as last time. He said if it happens again they'll replace 2 parts on the fridge. How about replace the parts the second time or even the first time! Not just put a bandage on it. I think that's being lazy.
