The team quickly diagnosed the problem with our presenting circumstances. They cleaned the outdoor a/c unit and tested the fan (in garage), explaining in easy-to-understand terms how the system should work. They indicated the fan was slow and should be replaced.
Although it was late in the HOT day -- just before 7 p.m. -- and they still had one customer's a/c to service, they showed no signs of being disgruntled with their own hot surroundings. They were very pleasant to be around.
My wife and I could feel the return of cool air before they left the house.
If you have an a/c need call them to fix it.

EDIT: First site visit, Masood was a talented technician. He identified cause of two issues for $125 diagnostic rate. Neither issue was fixed. The part for the wall AC was identified to get a quote for order and install second visit.
Instead of setting up a second visit, I received my billing receipt, and a request for review on google. The swamp cooler still needed repair and the wall AC unit switch failed completely within a month. It took four phone calls asking for any sort of details from the site visit in an email and two verbal quotes of $600 and $200. No price was ever discussed until I persisted. When investigating the cost of materials myself, I would learn they were $20 and $7 respectively. Less than 1 hour labor needed. They made excuses for the prices saying the cost of gas and taxes were included (distance apart 6 miles).
The feedback for your team is show some professionalism and share documents to customers related to site visit findings and quotes for your customers. Money and positive reviews is not a sustainable business model, customer experience does matter.

The technicians did a good job of installing my built in oven-microwave combination. They were very prompt and everything is working. There was a very small amount of damage to the cabinet. They were referred by Home Depot and responded very quickly to Home Depot's request for them to contact me about installation. Scheduling was well done.

I appreciated the team's work and effort in replacing my AC unit. They understood my circumstance as a renter and were empathetic to my family's situation. We have been without a working AC for several months due to a delay with the property management approving the work order. Two techs came to replace the AC unit, and the office manager informed me that it would take another day to finish and they would need to return the following day. I figured another day would not hurt since I had already been without a working AC for several months. However, two more techs came to help around 6 PM rather than call it quits for the day. They could have left and returned the next day, but they ensured my family had a working AC and did not leave until around 10 PM. The team set a perfect example by going above and beyond and has set the bar for their competitors. I strongly recommend Prime Genius Heating, Air & Appliances for efficient and friendly service.

The first day he came...he didn't know my address. When he comes in he looked sweaty and he had on a old company Tshirt and old blue jeans. Presentation was not good. He needed to have been groomed better I should say. Attitude was not good. He seemed a little agitated. His customer service skills needs improvement . He looked at the appliance and said he'll be back because he had to order the parts. He came back almost 2 weeks later and did the repairs. The second time his attitude was better but he still could have had a better uniform. Could have been more professional as well. Treat people how I want to be treated. Your coming into someone's home and the encounter is unprofessional... that's not good. Especially the first time. He did fix the repair but the vibe was off.
