I intended to utilize Prime Genius's services to install a new wall mounted kitchen vent hood, but when the technician (Masood) and his partner actually got here, he asked me why I am replacing a new one. I told him the previous diagnosis from another service provider, and he asked if I minded if he fixed this one. His work was very thorough and he looked at all the parts and was actually able to fix the issue! I'm so glad that I did not have to install a new one since this one was working perfectly fine. He also came back another day when he was in the area to fix a small gap issue there was between the vent and the ceiling. Right from scheduling, to updates on arrival time for appointment, to the work done, everything was great! I highly recommend Prime Genius for you appliance needs.

When no one else could help or they didn't want to because they don't work with warranty, Prime Genius decided to help us out. Great on the phone, easy to make an appointment, showed up when scheduled. I scheduled HVAC maintenance for furnace and AC. I asked the technician what he did for maintenance and he said he did nothing because it was clean. I was under the impression I was paying for maintenance not just an inspection. We've been in this house 1 full year and have not ever had the HVAC inspected or maintained so it should have needed at least something. I'm not sure when the previous owner had it done if at all. The person on the phone at Prime Genius recommended having this done twice a year. Not sure why it would need to be inspected twice a year and have nothing done to it...
