Prime came to the rescue, installing a new thermostat and temperature circuit in our Dacor wall mount oven. They were punctual, professional, on time and did a great job.

We have a subzero refrigerator. Not many appliance companies can service this brand. Pure Genius can and does a great job. They responded quickly, they show up on time and their technicians know what they are doing. We have used them a couple of times and every time they do great work. Highly recommend them.

My thermostat was broken and worked horribly responding slowly to commands and not even changing temperature. Once I called Prime Genius my thermostat was fixed and worked amazingly.

Your guy came in inspected the problem. We’re on the roof check the flute took off the extra piece of tin that shouldn’t have been sitting on the roof and said that the flutes got to be replaced and the safety switch so there you go.

They really did a good job fixing my air condition on the spot. And the price was very reasonable. Keep up the good work 👍
