Got an oven repaired. Hard to diagnose and involved multiple visits. Had this issue worked on by another company previously which really just highlighted how great Prime was. Masood was respectful and professional and very diligent and thorough in navigating our service needs. He explained things well, wore a face covering, and was quick and efficient. If appliance repair didn’t cost so much to start I’d really want to tip him loads!

Came to check on why clothes dryer wasn’t working. Vent was clogged and they cleaned for me, no problem. On time, and out in 30 mins!

The repair man (Masood) arrived as scheduled, wore "shoe coverings", was polite, smart, and strong. Made short work of the installation. Cleaned up nicely. In a word..he was EXCELLENT! We could not have been more satisfied.

The tech was over an hour outside the service window provided. Tech indicated we needed a part, but was unable to provide any info on the timeline of the part or repairs that would give us an idea of how long we would be without the appliance; he only indicated that the office would call me later. I didn’t think it would be fixed on the spot, but I thought communications with their main office or distributors would have been done prior to making the service payment which is supposed to go towards the repairs, which have an unknown cost at this point.

Masood did a great job. Gave good info on how to take care of my fridge.

My technician Masood was very helpful. He succeeded in repairing my AC. I am very thankful for his help especially in triple digit temperatures. I would recommend his help again and I will call him again if I ever have any other HVAC issues. He was very respectful of my house. I was working from home while he was working on the thermostat 6 feet away and he did not bother me at all. Highly recommend.

Masood listened carefully to my description of the problem. He then inspected the HVAC unit and determined it needs to be replaced.

Just WOW! Amazing service! Not only was I able to get asap service (within hours) but Masood and his partner (I forgot to get his name) we’re extremely kind and professional! They truly took the time to fully inspect EVERYTHING and explained what they found. Definitely highly recommend!

Dishwasher backed up and basically cleaned it out and charged $339.00. I believe I was overcharged

After calling Salomon, to complain about the charge, he said he would reduce the charge to $200.00 which we feel is more fair considering the technician spent 20 minutes here and did not need to replace any parts.

This company was able to schedule me soon for the install of my cooktop. Customer service is very good on the phone. I had to cancel and reschedule. The installers did a great job and it looks beautiful!
