I got a “free” plumbing inspection. Every single thing needed repair or replacement to the tune of $10’s of thousands of dollars.

When I asked why this or that needed replacing when we weren’t having any problems, I was told, “it could break.”

So I’m supposed to spend $20,000 because something could break in a vague distant future?

Technician wanted extra money for “inspecting” under the house. The only part I can’t see for myself.

Recommendation: stay away from the free inspection

Angel was very knowledgeable as well as personable. He explained what would be done, what may need to be done, and how much each option would cost. He ran several tests to ensure the clog was truly cleared for our peace of mind.

called cause my home ac stopped working, they said $99 for the service call and came out the next day. found it was a $20 capacitor that went out. took the tech, Daniel (who was great and explained everything) 5 min to find and diagnose. he says it will be 193 to fix, ok. I assume that includes the 99 fee to come check it NOPE.. after it's installed I'm hit with $300 bill cause they charge a 10x markup on the part. wth.. I know inflation but 10x on a $20 part that took 5 min to fix. I definitely feel they are taking advantage of people in the summer.

I am not very happy with the customer service I received. I was informed that there was a $49 fee that would be waived if I decided to go with the company, but the quote they gave me was ridiculously high and the ‘specialist’ would not give me a clear breakdown as to why he’s quoting me $419 to install a gas shut off valve behind my stove. I got two other quotes, one for $150 and one for $180 from different licensed plumbers. When I inquired on what he was charging me he gave me a vague “labor, parts, warranty”. I called the office to inquire and was told to ask the specialist. I feel like I got sent in circles and am out $50 because of course I am not going to go with Lee’s services. $50 is not going to break my account, but it’s the fact that I could get no clear answers from anyone and they quoted me double what “the plumber guys” and another company quoted me. Just for reference there was no re-routing of pipes, no need to go under cabinets. Just adding a shut off valve and a new pipe to the stove. $419 and no justification for the pricing.

Angel was an excellent representative of Lee's company. very informative kept me updated on job being done.

Francisco was our technician today. He was professional and polite. He explained in detail at each step, what he was repairing and what it would cost. He did not rush, but took his time and did a great job! This is our first time using Lee's and we are very pleased and would be happy to have them back next year for annual maintenance.

Juan and Juan were great. They got to work quickly, and were able to help me get one step closer to solve the issue I have. They were very professional, and did a great job. I will be recommending Lee's to anyone who asks, and will certainly be using their service in the future, should the need arise!

Nisan and his team (including Eros and Ralph) worked quickly and efficiently to get our home AC up and running during an excessive heat wave. These gentlmen were on time, kind, courteus and respectful. We highly recommend Lee's!

Juan came out to adjust pressure on the unit regarding heating not exactly sure I can’t remember what it was but he did explain it to me and as long as it was fixed is all that matters. He is always professional and great 👍
