A BIG thank you to Rick and his crew, Jesus and Marcelino! Outstanding customer service! Rick explained everything they were doing during their Energy Assessment of the home. They were here as part of PG&E ‘s program. They kept us informed throughout the process and replaced weatherstripping , checked entire house for possible leaks and fixing where needed. In their inspection, found our water heater was leaking dangerous levels of carbon monoxide and immediately took steps to remedy the situation, which we might have never detected until damage was done. I would highly recommend them for anyone needed their services! Truly impressive. Thank you again Rick and crew. Customers for life!

Juan and Julio did an awesome job with service! Very Professional and communicated about the services being provided! They are so friendly and provided great services! They installed and cleaned up after each specific job. They deserve a raise!

Appreciate the work that Julio and Juan did very friendly very organized and I liked that the cleanup afterwords very appreciated the words were explained very clear and to my understanding I would give it a five star service thank you. They get a five star however the girl that works with them doesn’t get any stars she don’t call back she lies and gets the run around I would refer the guys not this female. If you are going to tell a customer one thing then follow through with what you tell the customer. Don’t say oh I’ll look at your case first thing in the morning and call you let days go by and you don’t call then get ahold of you say oh I’m going to reach out to the guys I’ll call you back in 10 mins still waiting for that call.

Juan and Julio are very good at what they do and are very professional. I’m glad I had Balance Comfort come out to my property. I would highly recommend Balance Comfort to anyone who is interested in Energy Savings.
