Rafael came out to give us a proposal on a new central Ac unit , he was very personable , he was very knowledgeable and clear about our options, even if I don't purchase a unit from Lee's I'll certainly use them for future services.

Got estimates on all repairs. Michael was very helpful in explaining everything to me and what needed to be done.

Came out to my house just to tell me an estimate which I paid $49.95 just for inspection of which I already know. I then asked for a quote which was $1295.00 starting for a gas leak in my kitchen from an install that was done by another company I wish not to put on blast just yet. Price was so high because my gas line was shut off and locked. It called for a pressure test that is why price was so quoted high. They knew I was over a barrel and need the gas back on for my family to be with warm water and a heater going. Save visit different quote if gas was still on to do a leak test would be $695. I was told that some special type of pressure meter was going to have to be used and it would not be scheduled till Tuesday 02/22/2022. End of the day always explore your options because I got this same service completed for only $240 flat rate and issue was repaired plus they used the extra special psi gauge tool to make sure no leaks were present.
Watch out folks if you want to waste your money this is the place to do it. The service repair evaluation is not so good.

I was quoted $800+ for a $150 fan motor replacement that can be easily done in 30min supposedly the quote included a special costumer membership for a year 🤦🏻‍♂️ come on! Are you serious? Stop scamming ppl what a joke. Always get more than one estimate. There are many abusive companies out there

Day light robbery. More than $1000 for a two hours job. And some recommendations to replace some valves because of future leaks. Go change the name of your company, so people will know that you are not in plumbing business, rather in day light robbery business.

The techs showed up exactly when I expected them. They came out to provide an estimate, and I was very pleasantly surprised when they said the work could be done right then. After a quick run for parts, they came back and installed a recessed box for the refrigerator water line to replace an old fashioned bulky pipe sticking awkwardly out of the wall. They were able to fashion piping to put my gas connections to my stove further back so I could push my stove further back. They also fixed various leaks around the outdoor water lines. From start to finish they were there for about 3.5 hours. I was definitely impressed.

Lee’s Air responded to our call within a timely manner. Their service representatives were informative and sensitive to our needs. Shawn came out to our house the same day and went over some options for repair and replacement. These guys are a class act and their professionalism and compassion helped us make an informed decision. Definitely recommend Lee’s air to my family and friends.

Damon was an excellent and considerate worker. He seemed proficient and worked tirelessly until 9pm last night to get our heating and air working. We determined our thermostat is defective and he will order a new one. He also found a leak in our ducts and fixed it and did many other maintenance procedures. We appreciate his work ethic.

This is the second time Derek has been to our home. He is very professional and goes the extra mile and we appreciate his efforts. Our chimney cover came off and he replaced it for us. He is always kind and performs a good service.
