Lee’s was able to get someone out fast to diagnose problem, had to order part which because of weekend took several days and they set me up with a portable cooler in interim. Tech then fixed same day part came in.
Did have some difficulty with person who answered phone - told me no appointments available then I called back and someone else said there were multiple openings. They do have an overtime charge that I was more than willing to pay to get someone out fast.

Efrain was my technician today. He was very courteous and professional. I appreciated that he had his mask on and wore booties over his shoes before I even had to ask. My AC is definitely running a lot cooler now. Thanks Lee’s! I’ll definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.

Got to my house within an hour of my call for service. Corey was professional and obviously very experienced. He kept me informed as he was working. Then gave me options to make a good financial choices. I would use their service in the future.

The window is 3 to 5 and he didn’t get there till about 4:45. I have missed two hours of work that’s only thing I didn’t like was not being able to narrow down the time better. Very nice young man explained everything well. I ended up having to change a compressor for an additional $300 plus dollars on top of the 129 maintenance. I believe it was a good job

Very Good experience. Put on slippers before entering house. Made sure air return was clean and put in very good air filter. Thoroughly checked out unit. Gustavo was very pleasant and good Representative of company. We would like to have him back in six months.

Was supposed to get tankless hot water flushed and descaled. Service tech arrived an hour late and had no idea what service he was supposed to do. After looking at the tank and not laying a single tool on it he proclaimed I need a new system and he would not be able to provide service and if he did it would make it worse. Quoted over $4k for a new system. I asked him to leave, tried to charge $49 for a service call for no service provided. Had another plumber come over and flushed it no problem; said tank was in perfect working order. Would not recommend Lee's, they just want an upsell or collect a service fee wether they do anything or not. Horrible service tech.

Our home isn't like anyone else's home..It doesn't conform to the box other homes fit in. Corey and his protege walked into my house of horrors and handled a seemingly impossible situation with professionalism and a light-hearted attitude that made the job at hand not seem so hopeless. My house is a mad house...Too many dogs, hedgehogs, cats, bearded dragons,etc. Too many years not enough maintenance. My late father built this house one room at a time over 40 yrs..No blue prints, nothing up to code. What is a code,? One could easily say something derogatory about the "spaghetti" like plumbing schematic and our ill-placed excuse for a "clean out". But, Corey and Sean were "diplomatic" and generous with their comments. On the upside our house is fixable on the downside it's going to cost us 10 grand. But, Corey was forthright about all of the costs and I believe their estimate is accurate. So overall, I would have to give them a thumbs up and a 10 out of 10 on handling our "unique" situation. I would certainly recommend their services..If they can help us..they can help anyone..Cudos..guys! ..way to think "outside the box"..

Aaron was 30 minutes early, which he confirmed was ok by phone before arriving. He was more than professional and courteous. He didn’t try to upsell anything and did not pressure me to buy an auxiliary float, which I actually need (and did not purchase). He explained things in a simple way but didn’t dumb it down. Before leaving he made sure I had no unanswered questions. I deeply appreciate the professional service he provided.
