Jaime was friendly and explained everything perfectly and clear. I feel very happy with his service. I got a second opinion about what was needed and was totally different from what I was told the first time, but still appreciate the information that was given to us.

Ricky is the BEST!!! We've had him come out several times now, and he's always friendly towards me AND our dog. Showing up on time is important, but not wasting MY time even more so, and he's super efficient in that regard. Extremely knowledgeable, he chats with us about ways to improve our energy efficiency, and tells us about new products and services available. 2 thumbs and 4 paws up!

Kevin and his team did an excellent job replacing our Heating and AC unit. They were very respectful, knowledgeable, and treated our home as if it was theirs. I wasn't home for the install but they fact they treated my wife and kids well meant the world to me. Also Jessy did an excellent job managing the project. Highly recommend this company.

We have used Wally Falke's Heating and Air for over 20 years now. They have done two complete installs for us and several service calls and have always been so honest, courteous, efficient & professional but I especially want to thank the service techs Ricky and Dennis that came out to our home on one of the hottest day on record for this area and worked so hard in that heat to clean and repair our air conditioning unit. We cannot thank them enough and we will recommend this company to everyone we can!!

We spoke briefly with Perry M. about our issue with the AC not working. He informed us of a few common problems and what it would cost to fix them. We gave him the o.k. to repair what was needed and within 15 minutes (no, I'm not exaggerating) he had the AC working and the cool air blowing again. Perry took the time to tell us what he inspected and some suggestions regarding future maintenance. Very personable and professional. He knows his stuff. The price was right and he wasn't try to sell us anything unnecessary. We will be continuing business with them in the future. Would highly recommend.

Called them early morning and someone answered right away, they gave me an estimated window and immediately told me what a service call price is. Very transparent and efficient. and Jose was excellent. Dealt with the problem and explained what the issue was and I was up and running in no time and we were all happy. Especially for a last minute Saturday call!

I called three other hvac companies for their "free" second opinion and every single one of them charged "diagnostic fees". I came across Wally's and was able to get an appointment for the very next day with absolutely no hidden fees. Patrick came out to my home, performed a thorough check on our A/C, and provided his detailed and professional opinion. I showed him an estimate from a previous vendor and he noticed almost $1k in unnecessary charges which he explained not only what they were but why they weren't needed.
