Wally Falke's Heating & Air Conditioning

I just purchased a place and it had heating issues. My daughter recommended them so I called them. They came out and assessed my situation. Long story short. I wound up buying a new heater and their service has been absolutely outstanding to resolve my issues. They have gone above and beyond to get me functioning properly heat my house and fix my issues when I called them. This is one company I will return to and recommend. Thank you Wally Faulk heating and air Company.

Repair man showed up 15 minutes early.

Their team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very professional, cleaned up better than when they arrived. We had a difficult installation and the Falke team tended to it without issue.
We will have them install mini-splits in the rest of our home. The unit they recommended and installed is fantastic!

Pat the technician was on time, polite and efficient. He evaluated the problem with our a/c and the best route to deal with the problem including the cost. I did not experience him as trying to sell us anything we did not need to fix the immediate issue. He is very knowledgeable and explains issues in non technical language. Overall an excellent experience.

As all staff that we have talked to. It's a wonderful sight to see the same technician each time. It shows the the job turnover is low which must mean a great company to work for. Which put the customer at ease when advice is given. They are only trying to help us...not sell something unnecessary.

Ricky came out today (on a Sunday) and was able to fix our ac (after a run back to the shop to get the part) AND was polite and professional, even with my kids and dog. Jaime is very polite and greeting when come to do our home visit. He is very informative about his inspection of my units. Both heating and cooling. I've been greatly pleased with the services that Wally Flake's provides from great technicians to yearly renewal plans.
