My family has used Wally Falke’s services for years and their company has always been honest and reliable. Recently, we had an air conditioning unit fail and needed a new one. Jamie was our technician. He was fantastic! Jamie explained all our options clearly and was very patient with our questions and concerns. We were very impressed with his knowledge and very grateful for the excellent service he provided.

He serviced the unit and replaced the bad parts and did what he could to give us more time to save so that getting an new unit will be when we are ready. Great experience. I would totally recommend to everybody.
Gavin went above and beyond taking care of my problem. I was to have had service between 1 and 5 and he called at 6:30 and said he would be at my in an half hour. When arrived he was cheerful like I was his first call of the day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and wasn't in a hurry to leave. He took his time explaining everything to me that needed to be done. He didn't leave my house until after 8;00.
Jaime is an awesome technician. I am over the top satisfied. Great customer service. Quick response time, and best of all he got our air conditioning up quickly. I would recommend him and your company any time. I say promotion time!!
Jose was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to convey to me the status of my system in a way that was understandable. He developed a plan to correct the issues that is efficient and cost effective for me. I hope to enjoy a long term working relationship with Wally Falke's and Jose.
The service technician was very courteous and professional. Diagnostics and repairs performed quickly. Reviewed the itemized bill with me and answered all of my questions.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company and Jaime. He came out for a free second opinion today only hours after I called. Our AC unit wasn't working and was pumping out warm air in almost 100 degree weather. The first company (Comfort Experts I believe they are called) said the whole unit needed to be replaced and it would cost $14,000! Jaime informed me that was a misdiagnosis. It just needed a booster and for the filters to be replaced. Only cost about $200 and worked right away! I'm enjoying the cool air now :) Also would like to mention how informative, honest and especially kind he was. He went out of his way to call his wife (who happens to also be a special education teacher) for me about teaching jobs in the area because I have been looking recently. I thought that was a very nice thing to do, especially for a stranger! Thank you so much Jaime and Wally Falke's. You have a customer for life.
