Great experience with Wally Falkes! Scheduling was very easy (thankfully they were able to send someone the same day, everyone else I called was tomorrow or beyond); Jose called ahead to let me know he was on his way but was stuck in traffic. Once here he got right to work, informed me of the issue in simple terms, and quoted me a price for the repair, which was performed quickly and efficiently. And now my house is cooling down again!
