Excellent customer service and impeccable knowledge of HVAC systems! You can’t go wrong with Wally Falke’s. When shopping around for quotes it became apparent that they were the only option to seriously consider. My install was smooth, quick, and professional. On a recent service call, Jose went above and beyond to clean my unit and take care of a wasps nest for me! I recommend Wally Falke’s to everyone for any HVAC service.

David was awesome, very professional. He knew what he was doing, not only did he explain everything to my husband, he let me know as well. We were both happy with the service.

The technician arrived on-time, was polite and honest. He advised that our unit was aging, but in good condition and offered a way to help it will last a while longer. He also discussed a new unit (when we inquired), and gave an honest opinion as to whether we needed one or not. He advised that with proper service our unit will last a while longer. He was good with my kids while they quizzed him, and our family dog. All this to say that we renewed our service contract with Wally Falke's for another 3 years.

Technician David Lara responded due to my AC not producing cool air. He allowed me to follow him around while he worked on the unit and explained in detail what he was doing which I really appreciated. He didn’t jump to any conclusions about the unit and attempted to solve the issue by process of elimination. I appreciated David’s hard work and overall integrity and look forward to having him service the unit as my technician in the future.

José and Perry came in to fix some issues, fast & friendly. So grateful for the quick response in this heat. I have been using this company for many years and they have never disappointed me. Just purchased a whole new system!

We were recommended Wally Falkes by family who was incredibly pleased with their service. Our ac stopped blowing cold air, so we called Wally Falkes. They were able to come out same day, but unfortunately that didn’t work for our schedule. They scheduled us the next day, and I was given a window of time for the technician to show up from 10-2. I got a phone call from David saying he was approximately 20 minutes away, and arrived shortly after 11, on the hottest day of the year. David examined our AC unit, quickly found the problem, and explained in great detail what the problem was, why that part needed to be replaced, and what could happen with associated repair costs if that part wasn’t replaced. David was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC quickly. I would highly recommend Wally Falkes to anyone.

This guy was perfect in every way. He solved all problems. Answered all questions to satisfaction. He made all of the vents point in the right direction so the air would cool the house not the ceiling or the wall. He did an outstanding job. The servicing of the air conditioner was thorough and complete done by a qualified person.

We have been with another Heating and Air company for many years but we had our heater/air conditioner go out at our office so I decided to get multiple quotes. Tim came out and was very thorough on what I needed and was able to give me a quote on the spot. It saved me over $2000 from the other quote I received. Today they installed the new one, just 5 days after getting the quote. Kevin and his team were efficient and very professional.
