Mike came out today for AC maintenance, he did a great job of explaining everything he was doing. I was very satisfied with his work Very polite and courteous .I have used Wally Falke’s For over 20 years I am very satisfied with their maintenance program. 😊

Our air conditioning was not working. We called and were able to get Mike and Gavin out to checked it out. They we were professional and very through all and found the problem. It ended up being the thermostat and they covered it under warranty. We are very happy we chose Wally Falkes for our installation and service of our HVAC system. Thank you

Our system is brand new its still in the testing stages and inspection stages we had to have our duct pressure test done and Rodney did an amazing job very professional we were glad he wasn’t scared of our huge pitbulls. Wally Falke came out to the house to service our HVAC unit. Service guy called as he was leaving his previous appt to tell Me he was 18 or so minutes away, which I appreciated. He replaced the two air filters up in the ceiling at both ends of our hallway, and even asked if he could use the water hose in the backyard to wash off the AC unit on the side of the house.
They did a good job!

Great team of professionals and skilled technicians to replace our 38 year old HVAC system with a new state of the art heat pump system. New duct work installed due to its age and needed repairs. Our experience was highly positive!

I signed up to have my older AC and heat unit replaced along with new pipe ducts under my house in 2017. Service was quick, and professional. Quarterly services have kept my system running smoothly. "They get in and get out" change my filters, and have a leave it better than they found it work ethic. "Outstanding". Jump to January 2023. I found a fault in my thermostat and reported it to Jessie. He sent someone out to troubleshoot the code, they made the repairs under warrantee and we are back on schedule. I've been in customer service myself for 35 years and can say Wally Falke's has a great team and great friendly customer service along with the skill and knowledge of the industry. A word of advice when it comes to your Heat & AC Units, be proactive and set up a regular maintenance schedule for service. Your life revolves around the environment you live in, "your house", and the air you breath. There is nothing worse than having you AC unit go out on the hottest day of the year...or your heater go out on the coldest day of the year...Honesty and Quality are are virtues that are hard to find these days with alot of businesses, i can honestly say you will find it here.

Excellent profesional on time service, I had them do a diagnostic on Air Conditioner system since it was not cooling, after troubleshooting they figure out the problem and will provide me with pricing for unit repair and replacement pricing.
