Billy and glenn installed my heater and they were right on time! They were good honest guys and got the job done quickly and got it done right! I really appreciate it in these winter months 🥶

No exaggeration....OUTSTANDING HONEST PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have owned my home by UOP in Stockton for close to two years now, in that time I have had several service technicians come to my home for various reasons such as plumbing, roofing, electrical, insurance appraisers and adjusters. Rod Johnson's air conditioning technician was the most customer service driven professional that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I called them on August 2, at 12:30 PM in the afternoon requesting air conditioning service on a 100° plus day. My unit was out and was not working. The service dispatcher gave me a time for their technician to arrive between 1 PM and 5 PM that day. Their technician, Robert Soto, called me at 2:30 PM to inform me that he was in route to my home. Upon arrival his demeanor for customer service was unquestionable, professional from the start. He came into my home, he looked at my unit, he listened to what I had to say, and then proceeded to troubleshoot my unit explaining to me things along the way that he was checking and why. Within approximately a half an hour to 45 minutes he had found a wire that had become disconnected with in the control panel of the unit. He reconnected it, checked all other connections and components for proper functioning and then powered the unit back on. He did not try to BS me into some part or any other issue that may be the problem with my unit which could be very easy to do with any consumer that doesn't know anything about HVAC. I was charged their minimum charge for troubleshooting a system in their first hour of showing up. That's it! Nothing more then good honest customer service and professional integrity for the consumer! They are now on my list of home service professionals for my home, and in the future when it comes time to replace my HVAC unit, I will be calling Rod Johnson Air Conditioning and giving them my business!! Thank you Rod Johnson and Robert Soto, for your technical expertise and outstanding customer service to the consumer public. It's truly a relief to know that there is still businesses out there with quality customer service available. I will definitely refer you to my friends and family. You Rock!!

My neighbor is replacing their Heating and Air conditioning system the installers Pierce and Alex were very nice, professional, and did impressive work will be calling soon!

So I was having a problem with my hvac so that’s when I called rod johnson when then sent this young gentlemen name Glenn which was on time for his appointment he was very respectful and got the job done in a matter of time and clean work and now I’m able to enjoy my my central heating air once again I would use rod Johnson in the future.

Pierce came to my house to fix my furnace when it went out. He fixed it very quick and was very professional. Will be using Rod Johnson Air again.

Yong came to rescue our home it was last minute and he was able to sqeeze us into his appointments very friendly and explained what we needed .

Contacted Rod Johnson for AC repair. Told to contact Mary at the office who set up an appt. with technician Jose who would check our system. Jose quickly confirmed we had a leaking coil which, lucky for us, was still under warranty. Then, we got quick, professional replacement of a bad, leaking coil by technician Basem. Basem is very experienced, knowledgeable, with a great customer service manner as are all of the technicians and Johnson's office staff we encountered. Johnson's company is now my go to recommendation for anyone with AC issues. I will no longer use big, mega corporations for buying or servicing our stuff which have proved unsatisfactory in our experience.

Billy and Glenn were very productive and very courteous when it came to the job. I would love everyone to use Rod Johnson !
