Stevie ,Mary,Gisele and Brandy are friendly and happy individuals.when I called I can hear there smile through the phone and felt they were happy to help me with my questions and concerns.The techs are knowledgeable ,they answered any questions I had even if I couldn't describe it correctly. They knew what I was talking about by minimal detail i had.I would recommend this company to my family and friends any day.I can tell there not out for my money and they are always willing to go the extra mile!.

Yong was great with checking over everything from the furnace to the ac on the roof. Mother in law always had home temperature issues and Yong physically checks everything to the last detail. Found exactly what the cause of issue is and now just waiting on the next step!

It's been really cold 🥶 and if you don't have heat you should call this company why? Well let me tell you Billy and his helper was the best they were on time and they saved me a ton of money to they r trust worthy and have very good manners and they expire what's wrong to were you can understand what there talking about not big fancy words they all so work very hard at there job you can see that they like what they do and I am very happy and woarm and cozy in my home now thank you boy's for working so hard to keep me warm at night and that's why you should call if you have anything wrong with your heart or air 🤓

July 6, 2019 ~ My air conditioning went out yesterday, called Rod Johnson Air/Heat this morning at 8am and the serviceman was here about a 1.5 hrs later. Serviceman Basem was knowledgeable, quick, efficient and professional , found the problem and told me my options and their cost. It don't get better than that! Thanks, N. Kemp ~ Stockton, CA.

Basem was my technician. He was very efficient, courteous, prompt and got my air conditioning system up and running extremely fast!!! I’m not sure about the quality of service because I didn’t make it that far with this company. I called to get a quote for an a/c recharge. My home a/c unit blows warm air. The woman (Stephanie) on the phone seemed to be frustrated as there were children hollering in the background. She didn’t come across as professional at all. She obviously was not in the mood for another customer call. I’ll spend my money elsewhere thank you.

We were very impressed with our technician, Bassem. He was very knowledgeable and explained the nature of the issue with our heater. He was polite and answered all of our questions.
We will definitely use this company again .
