Robert from Modesto store was very helpful and knowledgeable locating the parts I needed. Carlos was very helpful and friendly when I picked up my parts at their Stockton location. The Stockton store has a cool display of old washing machines, stoves and ovens some are hundred years old. Some tiny ones looks like toys but has electric cords so I assume they are real. Very cool place and people. And helpful.

Had a lot of knowledge & was very helpful. I was able to fix my oven, will definitely come back.

Astonishing Service I was happy with the fact they had all the thermostats i needed in stock. I replaced one. turned out it wasnt the right one that needed to be replaced. then i went back to national and got another. wrong one again. 3rd time the charm. and didnt have to wait for delivery because was in stock

I needed a part for my washer that was out of stock in the Mississippi and Tennessee area. I took it upon myself to look for it on line. National Appliance Parts had it in stock, and got them to ship it overnight. To verify the part and make sure it was the correct one I contacted them. I loved their customer care system. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Thanks guys for all your help.

Great place for appliance parts. Needed a washer door gasket and though they did not have it o/h JC was able to procure one the very next day. Also in casual coversation I had an issue with another appliance and he suggested a remedy and it WORKED! Thanks JC for all that you do. They have my future business

I went in to buy a heating element for my Bosch dryer because it wouldn't heat up, after they tested my old unit, they explained that it wasn't the issue and there's no reason for me to spend the money on that. They said it was a simple fix and explained in detail how to do it. I was very impressed with the service. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness.
