Rod Johnson Air Conditioning

Some years ago the A/C went out and yes, it was summer! A neighbor had highly recommended Rod Johnson Co. so I called and set up an emergency appointment that day which was in itself amazing to get someone that same day. My husband was pleased with the technician and how he explained everything.
Within a short time, the very nice Stephanie in their office called and suggested a plan they have for twice a year check up on heater and a/c.
I thought about it a long time then realized a 1910 vintage house in Stockton summers requires such TLC.
We have been pleased with each technician and especially liked the job Karen did this past week ! Karen explained everything to us in detail . She is like Stephanie ,very patient and very customer oriented. We will never use another Heating and Air Co. as they are the best in town !

This morning a young man came to my home to do the summer maintenance on my system. His name is ALEX. This young man was polite, respectful, very knowledgeable and informed me of every step as he did his job. He deserves high praises from Rod Johnson.

Wonderful experience! Our heater stopped working during a cold spell and they were able to make an appointment for the same day we called. Basem was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about our heating unit. He was able to service and reset the unit and get it working immediately. We will be needing to have the whole system replaced in the next year our two and will definitely be going with Rod Johnson’s.

I needed an AC repair and was very impressed with the service I received from Rod Johnson Air! Alex and Pierce were on time and did an excellent job. I will definitely consider using this company again.

Billy from Rod Johnson Air appeared as scheduled and did a very thorough job cleaning our air ducts. He worked carefully, replaced any furniture he had to move, vacuumed up, and left our place as clean (except for the ducts) as he found it. We would use this service again.

The service guy Glenn that help me was very nice and professional and would definitely use Rod Johnson Air Conditioning again. The service was done nice and fast. I am very happy I call on them.

My heater wasn't turning on at all so I googled and found Rod Johnson and they sent Glen out. Glenn was polite and fast and did a great job getting the job done. Will definately be calling Rod Johnson in the future

My heating went out unexpectedly then pierce and alex came out to fix it the next day. They were very professional and did a great install. Happy with the service.

Billy replaced my leaking water heater & did a great job! He prevented further damage to the basement & restored the hot water to my home - all this while working alone & on the cusp of a holiday. Grateful too for the retrieval service of the busted water heater.

Dave and Billy came out and installed a new Air conditioning / heat unit at our house. They were super professional and worked hard to get the unit up and running properly. I appreciate the fact they came out on a Saturday to make sure we finally had Air conditioning as we have gone accouple weeks without AC during a heat wave.
I would recommend these guys to anyone I know and would definitely call them back out if we ever have any isssues.
