Rod Johnson Air Conditioning

AC had an issue and they have a technician coming out same day and in the morning. Very greatful for the customer service and and quick response time. My family has used Rod Johnson for all HVAC repairs and new units. We have been very pleased and happy.

I had Anthony out to service my AC unit after it stopped working. He went above and beyond with the services. He explained everything throughly and clearly. He was able to get it working again in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him for any HVAC services.

They came out and replaced all our ductwork. Chris and Juan were very professional, polite, and did a great job with the demolition and installation of the new ductwork. Once they were finished, they cleaned up the job sight. Our HVAC has never worked better.

Rod Johson came to my house on short notice when others wouldn't Joe the tech Joe came and was professional I wasn't going to purchase a membership for maintenance but I did because today was no hassles.

I paid for an outside unit + furnace replacement this summer, installation went well however, there were many hiccups after the installation. The thermostat stopped working a few days after the installation and it took them a few visits to resolve this issue in the summer. Now, for the first time turning on the heater this winter it did not work. The control board they installed 3 months ago has already done bad. After about 3-4 weeks of waiting they were able to replace the control board, but still could not program it to where the heater will turn on. All I have to say is, we paid quite a lot and received many nuances in return with our system not working in both this more than usual heat and cold this year. I am sadly disappointed in the fact my house does not have heat yet and it has been over a month since I contacted them regarding this issue.

Our AC stopped working during 100 degree weather ! Called Rod Johnson's Air Conditioning and they responded immediately. Our unit was not very efficient for the size of our house upon review by their technician. It was also very old and needed to be replaced. Their installers came out and replaced the heating and AC unit in only 2 days !! Install included replacing all lines and electrical hookup. I am so relieved that I know I have a top grade and efficient unit that was installed by pros. They were so thoughtful the whole time and I felt safe through the whole process. Thank you to all I had contact with.

I think that they are good people who have just had workload problems and had their business burn to the ground. I understand that this would create some very difficult circumstances for a business. They installed a new heat pump system for me back in May. The A/C works, but the job was not completed (dual zone controller not working). In the rain that we got a few weeks ago, I also discovered that I now have a roof leaf into the kitchen from the area where the new unit was installed on the roof. Not sure what to do now. I don't really want this to get confrontational, but I may have someone else come and take care of this and try to collect from Rod Johnson.

Excellent service. Very prompt, communicate with you step by step and not leave you for days wondering what's going on. Took only 1 week from the day I called that my unit was installed. They take care of filing the necessary paperwork with the county, your united is inspected for proper installation. Really appreciate the service.

My technician was Erick and he was early to the appointment time which I appreciate very much and he was very friendly and professional. He provided excellent service and walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable with the work being preformed. I highly recommend this technician to service any equipment I have in the future and am very satisfied with his work.
