Came back from a 5 day trip and the AC was not working. Called the next day and was able to have a tech come the same day. Joseph was prompt, courteous, and diagnosed the issue. Most importantly, he got the cool air flowing again.

My husband is a Vietnam Vet who is paralyzed and bedridden. I am his sole caregiver 24/7, so keeping our home warm is critical to his health during this cold December month. I called 4 other HVAC Companies prior to contacting Rod Johnson's and explained my situation. Our house was at 58 degrees and getting colder. Although they had a full 2 day schedule as well, WITHOUT ANY HESITATION, A TECHNICIAN NAMED BASEM fitted us into his busy schedule. BASEM showed up in less than an hour, took him 5 minutes to find the problem. Very knowledgeable and professional technician. Although the part had to be ordered, he was able to get us temporarily up and running. I was also impressed by the compassion that Giselle and Stephanie from the office displayed. They called and offered to lend us space heaters while we waited for the part to arrive. The part arrived in the evening 2 days later and BASEM immediately came by on his way home and promptly installed it.
Best Customer Service I have experienced in a long time. I am definitely going to continue to use them as well as share this experience of their commitment to Customer Care, Compassion and Commitment.
