I have a family of 8 and my water heater broke. I called Discount Plumbing for an appointment on a Friday and voiced my concerns about how desperately we needed it fixed. The owner answered the phone and made an appointment for the following day (Saturday) for between 2 and 4 pm. We had canceled plans to attend the Oakdale Rodeo (which we had already bought tickets for) so that we could be home for this appointment because , again, with a family of 8, we really needed our water heater repaired. When 4 o'clock comes around I call Discount Plumbing and ask where the plumber is, he's late. The same guy who booked the appointment the day prior informs me that they do not fix water heaters on Saturdays and that I would have to wait until Tuesday for them to come out. The guy I booked the appointment with was the same guy I spoke to on Friday but he had the nerve to tell me " I don't know who booked this appointment " trying to shift blame to someone else when he was the guy who booked the appointment. All I got was an " I'm sorry ma'am". You would think that since it was his mistake that he would have someone come out anyway, even though "they don't fix water heaters on Saturdays but NOPE! I will never use Discount Plumbing again and you shouldn't either!

They were fast and did a great job

Daniel arrived earlier than expected. He was very professional. Quickly resolved the drain problem in the shower. He was very honest in advising that the leak was not coming from the pipes but from cracks in rhe shower stall. We will definitely choose them for future needs. Also they were able to come out the same day!

Jimmy showed up on time and gave a courtesy call prior to arrival. He was very knowledgeable about my sink faucet problem. In just a few minutes, Jimmy called me over to say that he was done. The faucet works great and all of the problems have been fixed.
