The plumber was very professional and did the job in a timely manner, I'm very happy with the work, Lonnie truly provided Service excellence.

Toilet drain was slightly clogged. Toilet would flush but wouldn’t get that suction air sound when the water drained from the bowl. I was quoted $380 plus some change, and I figured it was a pretty rough job ahead of him. He was literally done in 15 minutes. So apparently plumbers make $1520.00 per hour. I’m in the wrong profession. Happy with the work, not happy with the price.

We chose Discount Plumbing in Sept. 2022 for replacement of an underground main water supply line at a commercial property. They delivered outstanding service, from start to finish. I appreciate their prompt response and quality of work performed. It was easy to contact them by web chat form, SMS messaging, and phone. The customer service and dispatch agents were courteous and helpful. Getting text message confirmation of appointments and technician arrival times was a nice touch.

The project was a 3-day job, including excavation & trenching through asphalt, old pipe removal, installation of new underground PVC pipe and new copper pipe and a hose bibb, backfilling, and concrete patching. Matt, the technician, did an excellent job. He was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful of property, dedicated, and cleaned up well. Overall, it was a great experience, and we're happy to have found a dependable plumbing service we can count on for future needs.

Called the same day. Got my water heater replace and install in no time. The only bad part is the $60 fee, some kind of membership not really sure.

Tried doing it myself but didn't succeed. Called a few companies but no one answered my call. When I call this company they were upfront with me told me how much it would cost and how I could save a few bucks. So I decided to wait until the next day. Call them up, made an appointment and they were there 30 minutes before the appointed time.
The technician's name is Kenneth. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. And most of all very friendly. The job got done in a timely manner and I'm very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company and Kenneth to do any repairs.

I'm not sure what the service would be called but our system was backed up and our downstairs was flooding from the bathroom out into the hallway. I contacted Discount Plumbing and they were very professional and quick to help. They made the whole experience the best it could be. They have earned a customer for life with me and if I need any services done in the future, I will not call anyone else.

Their service representative Nick came out to inspect our water heater pilot light which could not be re-lit by a PG&e technician. Nick managed to get it lit with some effort. He was very nice, on time and offered to wear a mask when I answered the door in a mask, which I really appreciated. Nick performed this service for free and also gave us a free estimate on a bathtub drainage problem. We were very happy with his service and generosity and will definitely be using Discount Plumbing for our next plumbing need. Nick was pleasant, easy to understand, and we were very happy with his service!
