Discount Plumbing

First off I just want to say; I shopped around and had a quote from another plumber (who charged me $80 to even GIVE me a quote; and literally didn’t even get in my attic to SEE what needed to be done) the other plumber wanted 9x what discount charged me!
Lonnie with Discount spoke to me over the phone before coming out; to get an understanding on the work I needed. JUST FROM THE PHONE CALL Lonnie was way more competent than the competitors!
Lonnie showed up, and had me show him the way to the attic. (Had yet to discuss a price) Got in the attic, made a list of all the things that needed to be done to accomplish the job. (I needed an outdoor spigot line removed from
Behind the water softener loop and put in front of it, because it’s connected to my pool auto-fill valve)
Lonnie came down from the attic and explained what I needed and how he was going to accomplish it. Quoted me a price (which again, was 9x lower than the competitor) I said LETS DO IT! (I’ve researched what all was needed and the costs associated with doing it myself, and Lonnie’s price was MORE than fair!)
He went out to his van; got the pex line and fittings and went back in the attic and finish the job like a professional!
Throughout the entire process Lonnie kept me informed of what he was doing (turning water off to make sure nothing got wet in the attic, isolating the spigot line, turning water back on and checking for leaks). Also, he was very knowledgeable about new home plumbing (something the competitor seemed to sorely lack) as well as had a great attitude.
We will definitely be recommending Lonnie (and discount) to everyone we know!

We had a leak in the front yard. Quoted $478 to dig 2 holes on either side of cement walkway, cut and remove damaged pipe and install a new piece of pipe. Upon digging the first hole (only dug 8 inches) found that the pipe that was previously capped had come loose. Removed old cap and installed a new fitting. Job completed…tech deducted $25 for online coupon and another $25 for Senior discount. Total $428. Invoice never updated with work performed just based off the original estimate and only had to do less than 1/2 the work. Also had to run to Home Depot to get a 1inch pipe fitting to complete the job, which should have been on his truck as part of their stock. At minimum 30 minute part run. After complaining for 3 days finally got a $100 credit but should have been 1/2. Also was suppose to fix another leak on Mon, showed up at 3:30pm and said he would need to come back tomorrow because it’s to late in the day. I went to Home Depot and spent $5 for supplies and fixed it myself in 90 minutes….these guys suck…beware of price gauging from this company. $175 just to show up…RIDICULOUS…NEVER WILL I CALL THEM AGAIN

Fix clogged kitchen sink. Called on Monday they came on Tuesday on time. Got the job done in a few minutes. Left my sink clean and ready to go.

I bought a new home and had sewer backing up. I was panicked. I called discount plumbing and they sent someone right over and assured me on the phone it could be a fairly easy fix. Great experience.

Discount Plumbing has been my "go to" for all my tenant's plumbing needs. They respond quickly and have great customer service. They get the job done - and are able to work with both the tenant and me to ensure that all paperwork and authorizations for work are handled in a timely and professional manner! I really recommend this company!

Feliciano Vasquez was absolutely fantastic and professional. He listened to my needs and ideas and gave comments on why it would work or what I could do to make the shower better. Even when I called the Manteca office for clarifications, they were courteous and knowledgeable. They also most importantly did the job in a timely manner. One company said there would be 7-8 months before they could even do the job and they were double the price. I would recommend Discount Plumbing for any plumbing job or installation of showers. My kitchen drain was clogged. Called and they came out same day, even gave me a 2hr arrival window. So glad I didn't have to sit home all day. Jimmy arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and cleaned up when he was done. I am; be happy customer!

Excellent service! Had our washer moved which required digging up the concrete slab. Arrived on time, finished in time for the quoted price. Cleaned up completely when done. We were doing a complete remodel of our laundry room and while they were there and the walls were open, they took care of some minor pipe issues regarding the hot water heater as well. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

I just had the best experience with Feliciano and his partner. They were friendly, professional and got the job done very quickly. I couldn’t be happier. I just booked my next appointment with them to get additional services done.

Kenneth came out, was very informative and prompt to take care of the issue. Unfortunately it is a much bigger issue than our house and it is now a County problem. Discount Plumbing didn't charge for their attempt to snake and fix the issue. I was able to get ahold of the 24hr hotline and the county is coming out within the hour.
