This company has always provided excellent and timely service in a professional Manor. Our old home has had many small problems to which suspect remain unnamed. Discount has been a reliable service provider with reasonable prices.

Matt saved my engagement ring! I dropped it in the sink and thought it was lost forever. I did however call a plumber thinking there might be a 1 in a 1,000,000 chance that it can be found. When Matt came, he said he would do the best he could, because he knew how much the ring meant to me and I didn’t want to tell my fiancée. He took all of the pipes underneath the sink out and luckily found it! He is my hero! Will call discount again for any plumbing or air conditioning issue I have!

I had a leaky shower that I tried and failed to fix..

I called discount plumbing and Brennan was able to take care and fix my leaky shower very quickly. Turned out I had bent part of the handle sleve when I removed it and tried to replace the cartridge myself.

For the service and the price they can't be beat and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Fast, knowledgeable, and great service.

The prices are anything but "discount." I was charged $200 to change out 2 bathroom sink faucets that I supplied. $200!! I must mention that the $200 I paid WAS the discounted price; he said he gave me $100 off!! So $300 to change out 2 faucets I bought?!! Ridiculous!
Wanted to charge another $200 to replace a kitchen sink trap that another company did previous on the other side for only $70. This place is NOT discount. Way, way, waaaaay, way, way, overpriced.
Repairman was kind and conversive, but the overinflated prices overshadow any positives I have with this company.

I have had them working on my apt they have a very friendly staff an they are very professional an knowledgeable. Having the whole gas line done so they’ve been here a couple days An they’re very courteous 😊

Had Discount Plumbing come out to unclog my drain. They showed up on time super professional and helpful!

Absolutely terrible company .... brought them in during a bathroom remodel told them i needed all leaks fixed their “plumber” refused to even inspect the toilet for a leak and then after i wanted them to come back and stop the water they claimed they had told me about the leak and that i told them not to fix it .... then when i called the company i was greeted by the “owner” steve who proceeded to call me an entitled brat and an idiot simply because i just wanted it explained to me why i would call a plumber to my house and then tell them not to fix a leak ... absolutely terrible workmanship the shower valves they insgalled were not level ... not even close to level ... and the guy left the property without inspecting hos work for leaks .... overall if i could give this company a negative rating i would absolutely terrible
