I feel I was highly overcharged. He looked at my leak in guest shower and was there for maybe 13 minutes. He went to home depot or Lowe’s and was right back with a washer and replaced with in 5 minutes - I was charged $414.00

I only give 4 stars because they had to come back a second time to unclog my drain. I should probably give them a 5 star rating because they didn't charge me for the second time. But so far the drain has remained clog free, but time will only tell. I have had to do this every year since I bought the home in 2015.
