Backed up in shower and bathtub. Kenneth tried to use snake but due to pipe configuration had no luck. Came back next day and replaced pipes; made access better if needed in the future. He was prompt, professional and quickly got the job done. We've used Discount Plumbers for many years and
are always happy with the service.

My elderly parents had a leaky faucet and called Discount Plumbing. I think they may have used them many years ago (they had a magnet on their fridge). Come to find out, it was an easy fix. I appreciate the fact that not only did he (sorry, I didn’t get a name) fix it at no cost, but he DID NOT take advantage by trying to sell them something that they didn’t need. My dad said that that was a first for him. It’s nice to know that there are still businesses out there that don’t take advantage of our elderly. I can’t tell you know much I appreciate that.

Kyle was great. I had an issue with my toilet. It was leaking and I couldn't figure it out. He wasn't sure at first what was causing the leak. He diagnosed it and eventually figured out the problem. It was not a common issue that he normally deals with but he still figured it out and got the job done. Thank you!

We were in need of a new water heater. Discount plumbing was the right company for us. Robert was our Technician, he is very polite on time, he had new water heater installed in no time and the old one hauled away. The prices was also great for us. With times lime these it's great to find q company not trying to just make a buck. But create long time customers.

Joshua was very professional and he was very knowledgeable. He replaced my elderly moms toilet. Even installed a new one for her. The texting system they have is nice to know when to expect them when they are on the way. Thank you for your service.
