    Came out to Service unit and told me it needed replaced. 13K
    " business "I need three quotes. call 2nd company and they said unit was shut off at main power. They can't find anything wrong. unit has been running great.

    I was charge $332 to diagnose the AC on my boat. When I contested the charges both persons I talked to wouldn't actually listen to why I thought their charges were inappropriate. They both just talked over me... $332, I mean really. It's a basic AC with super easy access and all they determined was the water pump wasn't pumping water.

    No written estimate for the diagnoses, no real diagnostic write up... just an email and then a bill through a text that they charged me $332. No thank you... I will find somewhere else to burn my money.

    The service repairman knowledge, diagnostic skills, and overall approach to my request for service was excellent. He was very likeable, professional, and courteous. He found a leak in the system that has probably been there since it was installed and we are waiting for the part for him to make the repair and recharge the system. His fee for the diagnostics was very reasonable.

    Wonderful service and excellent quality. The engineer(Edward) came over to check the condenser and furnace unit ending up with replacements for the capacitor and ECM Motor required. The Carrier AC unit is still under warranty and I just need to pay for parts, labor, and freight. Save me over $1200 compared to another irresponsible AC company. First Choice for your next AC issue.

    Our AC died last week, and we placed a service request with our home warranty company. No one in network was available, so they authorized us to contact a local contractor. I contacted M & M and Gabriel was able to come to the house that same day. He confirmed that the compressor was dead and presented 2 options: replace the compressor (the most expensive option) or get a whole new condensor unit (cheaper fix and recommended). While we've been waiting for the home warranty company to authorize us to move forward, we decided to not keep waiting, and got things set up to get a new condensor unit, since the one we had was 16 years old.

    Chris arrived this morning around 9:45 to install our new unit and completed the job in roughly 4 hours. He was very thorough in making sure everything worked, and we have cold air blowing in our house again. We're extremely happy with the work and will definitely continue to use this company for any work not covered by the home warranty.

    On a side note, if we hadn't moved forward to get this done, we'd still be without AC, and still waiting for the home warranty company to give us authorization. for the purpose of getting reimbursed.

    Justin was the tech who came out to my house, he was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He explained everything he did and did not give me the run around. The office staff was also great, very friendly and it was easy to book the appointment. I highly recommend M & M!

    Darren and his crew did a fantastic job. They started the project each day and cleaned up after themselves before going home. This happened for three days and then testing to be sure the systems were working correctly. At the end asked if we had any questions, thanked us and made sure we knew to contact them if we had an issue.
    Very professional both in appearance, attitude and customer service.

    They're not reliable. I took in a roof mount kitchen exaust motor so they could manufacture a base for it Mr Darren Beasley told me no problem we can maufacture and install the unit for you he ask me to leave the unit there so that they can start working on it , after a couple weeks I hadn't heard from them I call them to see how it was going and I was told they needed the roof pitch I gave it to them another 3 weeks went by I called again and I was told that it was in the shop being worked on another 4 weeks I called again they said the shop worker was going to call me back .after 3 months of calling and they lying to me I decided to go and pick up my unit they didn't have the decency of facing me they sent the security gard to return my unit . The never even started to work on it not a good company I don't know how they stay in business.

    I wish I had something good to say, but every time I call they hang up on me! Not a good way to start out! Hope you have better luck getting a hold of them, moving on to someone else!

    I have used M & M for about 18 years now and I always have great service from their office staff and their field workers.
