Chris did a fantastic job. He is very polite, conscientious and hard working. He diagnosed the AC problem within minutes and and identified exactly where the issues were and fixed the problems.
Unfortunately, as he was coming down the stairs he broke the ledge/lip of the stair as the heel of his shoe caught the edge of the stairs. He has taken a picture of the damage for repair by HVAC Experts Repair company.

We were very pleased with our services today. From the friendly receptionist to our actuality technician. Joe was our technician. He was friendly and he even came in with shoe covers and used them when entering our home without even being asked too ( A+ in my book because we have a shoe free home). He was very knowledgeable about the heating and cooling system. He found out that we needed a new part for a system. He let us know it would be a couple days to get the part ordered and they would come back out and replace the piece. To make the deal even sweeter he also went and made the system usable until they return which was so kind. We highly recommend this company.

My moms AC failed to turn on and I called this local company. I can't stress enough how quickly Michael came to the rescue! It was the hottest day of the week, on 4th of July weekend! I was surprised to be honest. I called Honeywell at first but next availability was July 10th. There was no way my mom can wait that long. It was probably about 30mins or so, he replaced the capacitor that he had in his truck. Very happy! Highly recommend this company!

I can honestly say they are the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They were on time, made sure I had the right system, removed the old and installed the new system in 1 day!!
Were very reasonable, especially important was the cost was the best among 8 different companys! I will work with them in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends.

The owner of the company is a rock star. He went WAY out of his way to help me out with a warranty issue from another ac company. Ultimately got my money back from them and gave the job to these guys. This was a big job and they came out, got the job done at a fair price, and did the job in the ways that I asked without issue. They even called out a mistake that they made, informed me of the issue, and fixed it without trying to hide it or leave it behind for me to deal with down the road. Will definitely be recommending to others.

They did a total HVAC install last year. When a leak was found at the beginning of the AC season this year, they immediately came out and repaired it at no charge because it was under warranty. Joe was super nice and professional. Mike was very prompt at returning my message and did everything he could to schedule a next day appointment. Thank you Mike and Joe!

Mike is, seriously, as good as they come. He performed a survey of our commercial building. He stayed to help us label the photos. He is so helpful, honest, knowledgeable and kind. We will certainly be referring him to our tenants and anyone else who needs HVAC service or maintenance. The BEST!!

Chris quickly diagnosed and determined the thermostat needed replacing. He had a new thermostat on his truck and was able to change it out and getting the air back up and running.
