I had a gas leak in my house, Reliable was the only company out of 4 others I called to come out the next morning to make repairs. I ended up having a miscommunication with PG&E, and ended up having to replace all my gas lines in the house. Reliable was very professional and understanding to my needs, as a customer. I felt that Reliable went above and beyond to help me with this situation even though it was PG&E's lack of communication. With the help of Reliable they were able to get my gas pipes replaced and ready for inspection and PG&E to get my gas back on, in a quick time frame.

Reliable was very responsive, when other firms were not. They got to me same day when my hot water failed. Nick, the service person, was knowledgable and helpful and he got back to me on options/issues exactly when he said he would. They also found me a new heater when local sources were sold out. That said, they were very expensive (though the price was not a surprise as they fully informed me on price before they did the work). They claimed a lot of the high price was due to increased cost of sourcing the heater from a vendor they don't normally use. If there had been time to price shop (assuming I was willing to live without hot water for another week or two), I am almost sure I could have gotten better pricing.....but given need to resolve this quickly, I just swallowed hard and paid what they asked.

Nick did a did a diagnostic assesment of the problem using a camera.This was finding the leak in a pipe and repairing it. Just as important, he informed me that before replacing my toilet, I had to replace the floor boards so that the toilet could sit on a solid base. He did replace the valve on the toilet so that I could turn the water on and off and use it .

They are professional and able to fix issue quickly. I am happy with their work. The only thing I am not sure about is their price, if it were fair, I should give them 5 star rating. They charged me, $129 for diagnosis, plus $850 to replace furnace blower motor. I got 5% senior off from $850 repair.

The company was very responsive to the message I left, got a quick turn around and was able to have a technician come to my home the same day. Technician was respectful and was able to help me with my heating and water heater issues.

My parents have done business with this family company for a few years at least. Both parents are in their mid 80's. My Mom recently shared with me that Steve came by to do the annual reasonably priced service check that my Dad paid for for many years. At any rate Steve identified and took care of items that needed attention. He repaired a leaking faucet with new gaskets and washer faucets/hoses that were getting pretty bad. The water where they live (Bluffs), like most of the Salinas Valley water, is heavy in nitrates and destroys water sub systems rapidly. It is always nice to hear that a company and their employees takes pride in what they do. It is nice that honesty and integrity are still around in the area. Thanks for taking care of my parents! There is a special place for people like you, I'm sure of it.

Gas furnace was not working. Company responded within 24 hours, fixed the problem and performed a major maintenance task. In and out in less than two hours. Professional, high quality, responsive and very personable response. We signed up for. Service plan. Great work, well done.

Greg was very professional and knowledgeable.. the drain started to back up after he left the 1st time. So I called Shelly up and they sent him back asap!! 2nd try and all is perfect. I totally recommend this company and Greg!!
