Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable. I s am so happy with all that was done to fix my 2 commodes from continuing the awful noise. I called this morning and was given a same day appointment. I appreciate Steve,his professionalism and being prepared during this Covid19 epidemic. Pricing was done before the work was authorized by me. Very reasonable and fair. Nick is smart and thoughtful in a difficult repair of our composting toilet. The communication through the office is excellent and we would never hesitate to use their services again. They also offer senior discounts which is terrific.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Mario at Reliable Plumbing & Heating. He was able to come same day to repair a leak from the water heater and he answered all my questions about water heater maintenance, which I was very grateful for as a new home owner. He also flushed the water heater and replaced the anode rod and showed me what ours looked like and explained to me why it's important to do that regular maintenance. Based on a number of questions I asked and his responses, it is clear that he was not going to recommend I have any unnecessary work done, which means a lot to me since I'm not an expert on plumbing issues. He even took time to talk with me about other plumbing questions I had unrelated to the water heater. I will definitely call Reliable Heating and Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

Nick was very knowledgeable. He was able to unclog our drain and fix the leak behind our toilet in less than an hour. It’s super helpful that he was able to come the same day that we called as well.

Steve from Reliable responded quickly, quoted us for starting the job, then changed his mind. He bailed on us, charged us $70 for doing nothing and we ended up going to Maca’s Concrete who performed the job very professionally for $3,000. It was a big project. I guess Reliable didn’t feel reliable for our plumbing job.

Amazing service as always. Installed a whole new furnace system!

Jose came out and performed maintenance on my furnace. He went through a thorough explanation of the state of my furnace and what preventive maintenance should be done. He informed me of the Advantage club where I can join and get a free furnace and water heater maintenance once a year for less than what I paid for the one time furnace maintenance visit so I signed up and will have him come back out next year to check on my furnace and water heater.
