This was a call for an estimate on a replacement for a water heater. In addition to having excellent customer service skills, Steve was very thorough and knowledgeable. He listened and told me what to do next. They will be coming at a later date

I used them in the past, but I need to follow up on something. They were supposed to service the water heater yearly (flushing and changing the rod); I have a lifetime warranty which means that the heater will be replaced whenever necessary. I don’t think they came last year. (It was a strange year.)

After not servicing for 2 years, They contacted me again this year and Steve came and serviced the water heater. Always a pleasure to work with him. He was punctual and got the job done in no time

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I sent them a message at 6am that my heater wasn't working. They called me by 9 am. They gave me a window between 1 and 4. Steve got there between that time, and the called to tell me when he was on his way.

Steve was wonderful. Replaced thermostat (mine was dead) and fixed the clogged blower.

I would definitely recommend this company.

More like “UnReliable Plumbing”, a couple of weeks ago we had a plumbing issue at our house that required immediate attention, preferably, understanding that it was close to the holidays, we knew that it could be some time before someone was able to make it out. So when we scheduled an appointment, we were OK with the fact that it was going to be a couple of days. However, when the serviceman got out here, he first of all assessed the problem incorrectly, he spent very little time at the house, which he was late in arriving to (the company still charged us $99 just to show up by the way), in the first place, and then we were told that it would be another week and a half before they come out and fix the problem which they weren’t able to fix while they were there at the present time. I’m convinced the serviceman just simply didn’t want to do the job since if I’m remembering correctly, he admitted to being overbooked. Keep in mind that the previous day we were told that he was going to come out and service our home, and at the last minute they called and said that he wasn’t going to be able to make it because they were stuck on another job and could not leave the job until they were finished . They made it seem like it was some kind of company policy that they don’t leave people’s homes before they are back up and running, and when it comes to plumbing I suppose I found that commendable, so I bit my tongue. But why would they leave OUR home when it was obvious the problem had not been fixed yet? On top of all this, the communication was terrible throughout this process, the personality of the dispatchers was less than empathetic, and we felt extremely unimportant in our experience with this company.

I was deeply hurt and disappointed by this poor display of professionalism because for years we had been able to count on this company and RELY on them, for they had been known to deliver great results. I don’t know what is going on over there, maybe they changed management or something, but the vibe even when you call in, definitely does not feel the same.

If you asked my opinion, I would highly recommend you look for an alternative solution when it comes to servicing your home before using this company if you live in the Hollister area, or any area for that matter. Blessings.

Office staff were very helpful in getting a initial visit ASAP. Steve arrived during appointed time slot. Part ordered that day and two days later it was installed. Appreciated the office letting me know when to expect Steve's arrival. Would recommend them to others

Reliable Plumbing price gouges. We were charged $355.00 to change a simple toilet handle. We did our research after and the exact part is $16 from professional plumbing stores and online sites. They also do not ask permission to send direct mail to your house after service - so you are forever reminded of how they rip you off. When you express your concerns their front desk devalues your complaint, dismisses your research, acts defensive and talks over you. They are not interested in resolving concerns.
