Jose was professional and explained everything to me. The team was prompt and patient. This is the second time I’ve used their services and again was completely satisfied.

As soon as I explained the situation, Steve immediately knew what the cause of the problem was He carefully explained the work that needed to be done before he started and when the repairs were done told us what to do to avoid similar problems in the future. He was experienced, professional and very friendly. I also appreciate the way Reliable texts you the name and photo of their technician ahead of time. This was the second time we have used them and we think they live up to their name.

Carlos was courteous, professional and very nice. For now on we will always use Reliable Plumbing and Heating Services.

So far so good...still more to do. Monday morning, Greg and Matt showed up about 830 and finished by 1030. They repaired the leak and cleaned up the area, replaced the dirt. Is very pleased with the result. Kudos to Reliable plumbing!

The tech was very professional and he was upfront about the cost. The price they charge to come out and inspect is really competitive with other local plumbers so I felt it was a good value. I am pleased with his work. I had an outdoor faucet in the back of my house that was corroded and leaking and he put a new one on. No leaks, good water pressure. I would definitely use them in the future.

Steve did a wonderful job, quick efficient, put safety first and gave me some advice. I had a tight timeframe, and he was sympathetic and accommodating. Would work with reliable again over and over as needed. Installed a new thermostat at my request, and unexpected bonus!

If I could give zero star I wish I could I utilize my insurance waited 2 days then they say they are to busy to come and fix my CLOGGED sewer line. Terrible customer service. Screw u guys under any circumstances a clogged sewer line is a priority but yet you threw my family under the bus that speaks a million words in a second if you care that a company is doing their due diligence this company COMPLETELY failed the test. Zero remorse when they called and said they won't be able to come today because of busy circumstances. That's absolutely the worst customer service ever. Do not use this company. This is a company that wants to make max profit and the low level situations are blended to the last moment anyone trying to find a good plumber company this is definitely the last choice the name of the company is absolutely deceptive.

This company is fantastic. From the cleanliness and neatness of the technician, to their vehicles. You can see they take pride in their company. It shows.

We had a bad clog. We tried all the home remedies and nothing worked. I called Reliable and they sent Mario out within a few hours. He was very personable and professional. He completed the work in an efficient manner and we are very satisfied with his service.
