Greg showed up on time. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He fixed my clogged drain, which wasn’t easy. He had to go under my house. He cleaned up after himself. He explained what he was doing each step of the way.

Excellent staff in scheduling the appointment, notified me when an earlier option was available and very courteous. Sent a text before arrival with picture of who was going to show up which gave peace of mind. Technician diagnosed quickly, gave an estimate and finished the work exactly as expected. Payment was simple and direct. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had an outside faucet, a house bib, that leaked/wouldn't shut off properly. I called Thursday afternoon and Friday morning Steve and Max showed up, evaluated the issue, and fixed it in about 20 minutes.

I liked that the prices are fixed. There is a list on an iPad so I know I'm getting the same price as anyone else.

Jose M from Reliable plumbing came out and fixed both faucets in my restroom. A month long issue I had been having and he fixed it within 2 hrs! Very satisfied and will be using reliable again! Only downside is that they are a bit expensive.. but if you want good work.. you’ve got to pay a price for it. Reliable does great work.

This company may have good plumbers but they will not give you even a rough price over the phone. They came for a reasonable $79 show up fee and then proceeded to try and gouge me for $1000 over the market price of a hot water heater. There is no negotiating and no time and material option. I had to waste $79, send them down the road and call a company that would work for the normal hourly rate of a plumber. It’s still more expensive for a hot water heater than I think it should be but it was still $1000 less than Reliable was offering.
I called another company following this same flawed business model. Just ask for a company upfront that will charge you for the actual time and materials and can quote you their labor cost up front.

I’ve used reliable plumbing for quite a few years now, and they are always on time and do exactly what is needed. Steve has been so informative and helpful in many situations.

Jose was very professional and a very nice guy. He installed a new furnace by himself and did a fantastic job. We used to use Vals Plumbing & Heating for our rental homes but, Reliable Plumbing & Heating won us over. Vals told us 2 months to order a new furnace and Reliable told us a week at most. Even during Xmas, we got a new heater in 2 days and they came a day early and installed it that day. From now on, we are going to use Reliable Plumbing & Heating for all our rental and personal units.

Very prompt, arriving right at the start time of 2-hour window I was given - Mario did a great job assessing issue and solving quickly and efficiently!
