With everyone stuck at home. I was just being proactive & ordered 2 containers of Bio-smart to keep my drains clear. My call to the office, was picked up quickly and arrangements were coordinated. Nicole followed up later, to let me know that Daniel was closer & had 2 containers he could drop off. I‘be been a Reliable customer for several years now, the staff have always been punctual, diligent, respectful, & honest! Thank You!

I was happy my first call for replacing my water heater was to Reliable Pluming. Daniel was most helpful in taking care of removal of old and installing new water heater very expeditiously. I am very pleased with his work and recommend Reliable highly.

Need to have 2 pipes shortened. I had all the parts, just hadn't gotten around to it myself.
They charge $79 just to look. That does NOT apply to any work.
Then they wanted over $250 to do a 20 minute cut/solder (copper pipe). The pipe is completely exposed and accessible. Guess I will do it myself.
Kind of a rip-off. I would have let them had the truck roll fee been applied to the quote.

Steve was so incredibly helpful, arrived as soon as possible to fix a big leak, and knew exactly what to do, always with a big smile. le.Very friendly and knowledgeable.

BEWARE ..Do not use Reliable Plumbing unless you want to pay 3 times what any other plumber would charge. They will not itemize their bill so you can't see the exorbitant amount they are charging. They also make you sign a contract so they are covered even if they don't show up when they say they will or if there is any discrepancies on work or price. They told us twice they were showing up on two different days and they didn't and didn't even call and let us know which really put us in a bad position with our other contractors. They are all about the money. My husband and I had a horrible experience and they are anything but "Reliable". Beware...make sure you get another bid before you go with them. Our mistake that we didn't. It doesn't feel good to be ripped off and very sad a business feels comfortable ripping people off. Be careful if they try to spin this..... I hope this review prevents someone from going through what we did.

They were able to get to my problem the next day. They notified me when they were on their way. They identified my problem and were able to replace the kitchen faucet which was leaking with a similar faucet on their truck, thus saving me purchasing another faucet and then paying another service call for them to install it. Altho' the final bill was quite expensive, they accepted the $25. coupon from the phone book , which helped a little bit.

Greg was very friendly and professional.
He did a great job and also let us know what else needed to be done without trying to up sell at this very moment.
Will definitely be calling this company again.
